The Wing Dome located in the Armory in Seattle. Basically, co-located with a bunch of other little eateries and stores.
It’s counter-served-ish. What i mean is you order your food at the counter and then they bring the food to you when it’s ready. Just reading the menu made me want a burger and the photos looked great.
We ordered their Dome Burgers one plus bacon (one with beyond meat), some wings, and fried pickle chips. The family loved their wings. My burger was alright, was a bit dry for me. I guess they don’t ask you how you want your meat. The sauce made up for it. I didn’t know you can choose fries either. I don’t like Krinkle fries which came with my burger, I prefer skinny fries or waffle fries.
Overall I give it 3.5 star experience.
I stopped by here around 11:40am on a Thursday morning to grab some lunch after visiting the space needle. This is located inside the Seattle Center Armory.
I got the western bbq burger with no veggies and mayo. It comes with krinkle cut fries. The total was $17. I noticed a $.45 surcharge and not sure what it was for until I looked at my receipt and saw a notice that said, “A 3% surcharge will be added to each check to offset the increased cost of goods. 100% of this surcharge is retained by the company.” To be honest, I don’t understand the point of that when they could just raise raise the menu prices. Nonetheless, it should be posted somewhere or at least mentioned by staff. If it was posted, I didn’t see it.
My order was placed about 11:50am. When I received my order around 11:55am, I ended up getting a mix of krinkle and waffle fries, which was fine and staff asked me before doing so. Unfortunately, it didn’t matter because they were not fresh at all. They were lukewarm, at best. It honestly looked like a mix of old and new fries that had been sitting out, especially the krinkle cut ones. it wasn’t busy at all, so that’s a realistic option. I will say the waffle fries were better than the krinkle cut fries, so I would recommend getting those. The burger was delicious but oily. My fingers and the paper were drenched lol.
Staff was friendly and helpful. I just wish my fries were fresh. I didn’t say anything because I was on an time crunch as I needed to get back to the airport as I was only in Seattle for a layover. If I’m in the area again, I’d contemplate giving them another try. Their burger combo price is reasonable considering other establishments in the food hall.
Food and service were great! You order at the counter and they bring it to you. Jade was our server and she was very pleasant, super friendly, and awesome! I ordered wings with the 3 alarm sauce and also BBQ. The 3 alarm sauce wings were a little less spicy than franks buffalo sauce. Both were delicious!
Inside the armory at the Seattle center. They have a good selection of offerings from wings, burgers, salads and sandwiches. Prices were average for this 2024. They offered good levels of heat for the wings. I had the level 4, had good flavor, but should have gone with level 5. The cheese burger had good flavor and the house sauce was a good addition. The fish and chips were okay, would not recommend. I would go again to try the spicier options for the wings. Worth a try if you are in the mood for burgers and wings.
We had these at the armory in the Seattle center. We got the wings which we ordered 18, some were the chai chili flavor which were excellent. The other ones were garlic parmesan. They put so much sauce on them that the wings came out cold. I thought that unusual until I saw how quickly they came to our table. They obviously have the wings already precooked and in a heater box. If you put cold sauce on them then the wings will come out cold. I did tell them and they made me a fresh batch with sauce on the side. The flavor was very good and I appreciate the fact that they made it right. The fries were excellent.
Excellent place for a great burger after visiting the Space Needle. The burger has a nice char to it. Crinkle fries and a Space Dust help top it off.
Wings Dome at the Space Needle in Seattle, Washington, offers a tasty wing experience with a great view! We tried the Thai chili and honey habanero wings alongside fries and sweet potato fries. The wings were nicely coated and flavorful, though the mango habanero could use a bit more kick. However, the sweet potato fries were a standout, especially with their delicious sauce. The outdoor seating area is a nice touch, perfect for enjoying your meal on a sunny day. While the pricing is a bit on the higher side, it's somewhat expected given the prime location. Overall, Wings Dome provides a satisfying wing fix with a side of skyline views.
Idk how you messed up French fries and carrots and celery, but wooooow.. soggy bland fries, and the veggies looked bad. The sauce cup had week old sauce on the lid. We ate 1 fry.. maybe the staff can pay attention and quit dancing and yelling with active orders on the line. I'm all for enjoying my work bit I also want my work to be quality.
