Good restaurant, great menu options, store needs improvement. Placed order, restaurant was not busy but took ab 40-50 min to receive food. food itself was pretty good. service by waitresses was eh. No genuine smiles, or just any type of customer service interactions.
Team members look bored, on phones, heads down on counters. Management needs to RUN the business, teach important of service, keep team busy. it’s a dine in restaurant, interacting with guests is a priority to maintain loyal customers.
I stopped by this place for lunch on a quiet Tuesday afternoon, hoping to indulge in their Bone in Wings special. The restaurant wasn't overly crowded, with just a few tables occupied, creating a relaxed atmosphere for a midday meal. The service was well-paced, and I was pleased to notice the floors were clean and free of the usual stickiness that can be a turn-off in similar eateries.
However, my positive initial impressions took a bit of a nosedive during a visit to the women's restroom. It was shockingly unkempt which was quite off-putting. Out of several stalls, only one seemed clean and the others clearly needed attention. More distressingly, I encountered a peculiar smell upon entering – a smell I traced back to a waitress who was vaping inside the restroom by the sink. This was not only inappropriate but also quite unprofessional, leaving me quite taken aback by the lack of decorum.
Back to the main event: the wings arrived within a reasonable 15 minutes and were as delicious as I had hoped. The food here truly lives up to its reputation, with a variety of sauces that hit the mark in terms of flavor and spice.
Overall, while the wings at wind daddy’s are definitely worth trying, the experience was dampened by the poor state of the restroom and the surprising conduct of the staff within this location. I'd love to come back for the food, but I hope to see improvements in cleanliness and staff behavior in the future.
I’ve gone to a different wing daddy’s before and it was not the best experience,
But this one was amazing
Super friendly and attentive staff,
And the food was really good, nachos as appetizers were a 10/10 the cheese sauce was good and the toppings were just the right amount and delicious
I got the Mac and cheese burger

Wish my burger was a not so well don’t
But besides that it was really good
And the sweet potato fries were also good

Wing daddy’s!!! OMG my food was amazing! I got a buffalo chicken mac and cheese burger and some sleezeballs (fried loaded mashed potatoes) yum yummy yummy. I might just have to order something else to try more things because I am thoroughly impressed! My hunger was completely satisfied and put to rest until I could reach the sleezeballs the next day (throw them in the air fryer ????) . The sauce that came with the sleezeballs was spicy and a beautiful way to compliment loaded mash!
This place is run by slobs. I waited 45 minutes for 30 wings. Yet patrons who came in AFTER to dine and still got their meals before us. FURTHERMORE, after a 30 wing purchase I wasn’t offered or informed that no ranch comes with it. Never offered. Nothing. When I called to let the manager know of this I was told ‘did you ask for ranch?’. Then I found a bunch of DEAD ROTTEN LETTUCE in the salad(the only thing that came with ranch)! When I told the manager he said he made the salad. Ok. Good job at not being good at your job. I wanted my money back. And he refused. This place is a joke. Shameful. Won’t be back. Def getting in touch with corporate.
Service was awesome, thank you, Nicole! The food was great..we sat outside , it was clean, good music,not too loud. We had a great time sketching the patio. Definitely recommend this place.
Finally, a place that when ordering a mildly spiced wing, I still get a little heat! There are many places that I can get their “hot” wings and not even get a tingle of heat. I will openly say that I do not like spicy foods at all, but I do enjoy a tad of heat just to awaken the senses a little bit! This place hit the mark right on the head! The tangasaurus bone in wings hit the spot, and the honey hot had a great flavor as well! My son thoroughly enjoyed the chicken and waffles! We will definitely be back! Wait staff was great and kept my tea full throughout the meal!
My only issue is that I feel Ranch should come with the wings, at least one per 20. If extra is needed then charge for it.
Just went in to eat and was not greeted at all. After a minute of waiting we decided to seat ourselves since there was no greeter and it was pretty much empty. So it should have been no excuse not to helped. After going to a table, we noticed about 5 workers sitting at a back table just talking and one person at the bar actually working. After 5 mins no one still did not come to the table to greet us or start our order. We got up and left. Very poor customer service!! So we decided to go to Native Wings instead better service. This was the Potranco location. If I could give a zero I would!!
