Was so looking forward to enjoying the sauce of the month “strawberry habanero”. First our server told us that they didn’t have that flavor of sauce or they would have told them. I told her to check, she went to enter our order came back and told me they didn’t have that sauce. I showed her the online website she went to ask another server they told her they did. Little did she know that the sauce was being promoted on their chalkboard. It was not busy maybe like five tables all the servers had enough to wait around and talk to each other as well as two managers. We had to wait 35 minutes for our food there was only 3 in our party, she brought our food in intervals fries were cold wings were cold she forgot our ranch we had to wait another five minutes for that so more time our food got colder no silverware was given had to ask for them. Told a female manager she said she would go talk to who knows who in the back then a male manager came to ask what was going on so I told him. He said he could have our order redone I said no because we’re going to have to wait another 35 minutes I told him your not even that busy in the restaurant he said we didn’t understand he has online orders and delivery orders I told him that was irrelevant as he still had to attend to his customers at the restaurant, I told him our fries were cold he said the air conditioner makes them get colder fast, he said they are not McDonald’s which I thought had nothing to do with our food. I would tell him about our service and he would compare or have a reason for everything. Food was cold, it tasted gross, bad service, we didn’t finish our food, we did not enjoy this experience worst wing daddy’s location we have been to.
Food was great and atmosphere was extremely comfortable. Our server Alizae was terrific, respectful and very attentive. She was busy when we came in but still came to us to greet us and let us know should would be with us shortly. Very cheerful and energetic as well. The manager Mike,was very professional and even introduced himself to us and made sure we were taken care of and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly recommend this Wing Daddy’s and if you ever come ask for Alizae truly one of the best servers we have encountered.
The manger here needs to look at what is going on here 1 only one server no bartender she was trying to do her best but feel for her they second issue they have the draft beer comes out warm when they poor it you see that they have system issue the food was very bad compared to other wing daddy’s stay far away from here hopefully upper area mangers will take care of all the issues
Horrible service! Sat at the bar ordered two beers and an order to go! They didn’t have the ingredients to make a burger I ordered so I switched it to a sandwich. We literally waited for a whole hour for just a buffalo chicken sandwich and 10 shrimp. The bartender never let us know they were behind or why our food was taking so long. I canceled the order and all the manger said was sorry about that.
Had a great time going to Wing Daddy’s at Montwood. The server Marissa was amazing. She was very charismatic and helped us in choosing our meals. The wings there are excellent. Cilantro lime FTW. The ambience and energy was super chill.
Yesterday was my birthday I was so excited to have a margrita and some tacos especially since I had been coming here for over a year since I first moved here and I loved it. Unfortunately yesterday dinning experience was far from a good time. I think of all the food we got the warmest food was the appetizer, after asking to have it remade the waitress said oh well heat it up... like I'm sorry but I don't want reheated food. I asked her to take them off the check because I was not going to finish eating them I had only taken 2 bites out of the tacos and gator bites. After the fact when we get the check I asked to speak to a manager I explained it was my birthday and I'd been a hard day I just wanted fresh food and unfortunatelyit was not provided and had all the food there still on the table. He literally looks at me says you had some bites right.. well you pay for it and walked away. In utter belief my husband paid the bill without an issue and left all the food there. I will never come to this location again... the manager needs to be kinder and have some compassion because that was so rude.. I even asked for a remake and was practically ignored. Thank you for a great end to my bday.
Our food took a while to get to our table, compared to the other Wing Daddy's we've been to. Service was top notch and our server went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure to check constantly if we needed anything. I think her name was Giselle(?).
I don’t really know what to say, it took 50min just to get our food. It was not busy at all. Then, they forgot our fries. Then after an hour, we told our server Jackie, that we did not want the fries anymore. Then the server goes on to complain to the other sever that we canceled our fries while they were cooking. I felt so disrespected that she was complaining about our table after we are the ones that have been waiting more than an hour for our food and fries. And to top it off the fried shrimp was cold. Overall, a bad experience
