Every time I come in I am never disappointed with the service from bartender Esmeralda (Esme) she is always on top of her game and provides excellent customer service. Manager Isaiah always greats my fiancé with a hello and handshake very respectful. He cooked my dinner tonight and I must say I was very impressed I always go to wing shack for my burgers and I am now going to be coming to wing daddy’s when Isaiah is here to make me another delicious burger and mozzarella sticks. These two are the best and keep us happy wanting to be their regular customers. Wonderful customer service!
I can’t express how disgusted I am. How can someone be so careless and serve a fly on someone plate! If I wanted to eat fly I’d ride the roof top of my car or ask for it grilled instead of fried!! I was trying to be discreet and handed the plate to a waitress whom took it to the kitchen. My waiter with no worry in mind didn’t say nothing! They brought me a new dish without me asking for it! No ma’am I worked food industry and know what they do to returned food! Waiters had not told a manager, when my waiter finally decided to come, she handed the food to my children with no utensils. At this point I just couldn’t deal with their incompetence so I asked for a manager. I asked him if they had showed him the plate with a cooked fly!! He said no!! The manager was so apologetic but it doesn’t take away that you’re paying high prices at these places. They should be more careful and give better customer service!

I spoke this morning exactly an hour ago with Matt. He kindly heard my concern. He apologized and made my order right! I took pictures. Thank you for listening to me and making my order right. Matt made my Sunday better! Giving him a 5!

After the last unpleasant experience, thought take out would be better. It was not. We asked for grilled lemon pepper boneless wings. We were given regular, lemon pepper, burnt , wings. We went back to correct the mistake, because everyone makes mistakes right? Well we got burnt grilled wings, ;( ???? if someone there reads this second review, please I do not want you to ask me to private message you. I can go back and take the box to you so you can see it. I will keep them to show you. We have been to Wing Daddy's on Airway and have not had an issue with wings there :( I hope to be able to get a good, tasty, order here one day. Thank you all.

We went tonight... waited for someone to come to our table. The manager was on his phone, the servers chitchatting by the cash register in the back. I called while I was still inside. I was sent to voicemail the first time. A young lady picked up the second time. I explained to her what has happening and told her some other guests had literally just walked in and they were already being assisted. She told me she was sending someone, to hold on. When the manager went to check by the door, we got up and I told him, " excuse me, I am the one that just called. We have been waiting and no one bothered to come and ask what we wanted to drink. Some kids just came in, and they already have drinks. The gentleman said , " I'm sorry". We left.
Was there for the chicken strip special….Great service seated right away our server was very professional and courteous from start to finish and checked our table for anything we needed….the strips were delicious. Also glad to see this business still have employees that speak Spanish unlike other places…great job to whoever is in charge will definitely be back…. Went again today 12/4/2024…. Wow what a great service our server was very attentive and kept checking up on us not to mention those big strips they serve overall great experience management team keep up the good work…… you can tell the food is delicious when nobody at your table is talking…..just eating… great job management!
Tonight we ordered 2 salads for pick up. On the phone we were told 25 minutes. Upon arrival the waitress seemingly had messed up our order. Without saying anything to us, we waited 30 more minutes. Then the waitress took our card and left for 10 more minutes. After waiting for 45 minutes we finally get our salads. Then we realized the Buffalo chicken salad is just a shredded grilled chicken salad. Our waitress was rude and no apology was made.
We definitely will not be coming back.
Went tonight 11/22/24 for dinner time. Our server went MIA, didn’t even bring us our food. Then after she checked on the table beside us 7 exact times we politely flagged her down for a box. Girl who gave us our food came with the box and check. I asked if she was our server or the original chick who gave us our drinks and she said it was her. Okay…still one checked in on us for over 35 minutes. No refills, nada. Then these chicks wonder why they get shitty tips.
After we were walking out. Both started gossiping and laughing. Idk who was who but my receipt said Jennifer.
Wing Daddy's is definitely our go-to spot for wings AND to watch sports on game day. We always order fried pickles, boneless wings and curly fries. AND if you're looking for a place with good red beers, they have really good micheladas!! Atmosphere is great, service has gotten better at this location in the last 12 months.
Izaiha turn a horrible night into a awesome fun filled time. We were given Luke warm food, he came over and offered to cook everything again. He explained it may take some time if we were willing to wait. We were surprised he returned twenty minutes or less with hot ???? food. With everything we ordered. He is truly a talented young man. He cooks and manages...wow. He took care of us and various customers. He demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills as he was able to deal with highly pressured situations.
