Stopped by for lunch and enjoyed every bit of the meal. The only thing that got annoying was the loud music. The Mac n cheese burger was a bit much, but this child managed to eat it all. I loved the Mango habanero bites.
Our 1st waitress was great. She was ending her shift and we closed out our ticket. Ok. We continued to drink but no one from the new shift ever approached our table to check if we needed anything else. We had to go to the bar and get our own beer. Pretty sad service.....????
Initially, our order was wrong big time. Ordered 8 boneless strips and got something that resembled dog food. My wife and I were shocked that this even made it out the kitchen. Don’t get me wrong, we love Wing Daddy’s and come here often. The reason is because of the food! We love the boneless strips. This time they got it wrong! BUT called to make a complaint and spoke to James the manager, and he offered to remake them right away. He explained that it was due to training new hires. Understood. Picked up our order within 20 minutes and they were the best boneless strips! Just like we’re used to. Just want to give thanks to James! We appreciate you!
Really good selection of flavors. Wings were cooked to perfection. Drinks were ice cold and bartender was attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend for any wing lover in the area...
Wait time is way too long. And no one’s in charge of to-go orders. Everyone’s lost and lack communication towards one another. Manager casually hangs out and converses with servers while staring at customers (including myself) struggle with orders.
The wings were not the best this time around. The need to be cooked longer. If not, they come out rubbery. Experience played a big part. The cooks should be required to cook a plate of wings for themselves. Before being allowed to prepare them for others.
Let me start by saying that I don't go to Wing Daddy's often because I don't like wings lol.
So today, my daughter (who just turned 21 on Aug 6) and I went to Wing Daddy's with the intention of having some Margaritas and Shrimp. Well we were so bummed because our waitress denied my daughter an alcoholic beverage because she had a "Vertical ID", never heard of such bullshit lol.
We just came from Las Vegas, we celebrated her 21st birthday there and yes she got carded at every casino we went but she was never denied a drink lol, and she had the same "Vertical ID"... Well I called the Wing Daddy's on Airway and spoke to the Manager and to my surprise she told me that they do take Vertical IDs, as long as it proves that you are 21, you CAN DRINK ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. So I don't know why my daughter was denied, but it sucks and I will never go to that location again.
This denying Vertical IDs IS NOT COMPANY POLICY, it is just bullshit.
Terrible service. Wings were supposed to be original hot and they’re just burnt with no sauce. Not the only location that’s just this bad. Called to return and girl on the phone is gossiping with her friend while on “hold”. One of the many bad locations.
