When we walked in, there was absolutely nobody in the restaurant to see us didn’t say seat yourself. We stood there for 10 minutes. After that, the waitress just come hit and miss every 10 minutes we ordered it took 40 minutes to get our food and it came out periodically, not all at once. They messed up on our orders put the wrong sauces and food allergy material on the food when we asked not to include such items. Will not return.
My family had a very good experience at this location. Our waitress haley was awesome and the food was really really good. I had the riblet basket and also the lemon pepper boneless wings. ???? we have eaten at other locations in san antonio and this one was just as good if not better. The portions were huge... i finally found my fries under those slabs. ???? ❤️
UPDATE: Don't let their response here fool you, i emailed them the same day, two weeks ago, and they never replied. They do not care about the customer experience.
$10 for those few chips and cheese!!!??? It wouldn't be so bad had there been more, or if they were edible. I have never had chewy tortilla chips until now. What a waste of time and money. Crappy service, disgusting food. Never again!
First off, I walk in and two employees are chit chat and giggling. They make eye contact with me and then it takes them a full 5min to actually come up to me to tell me where I can order my Togo food. ( there was a janky sign that says “ please do not seat yourself an employee will seat you” or something along those lines)
Then I realized the place was filthy. Squashed fries on the floor, sticky bar with visible debris. $8 for 5 under cooked mozzarella sticks that are the size of my index finger. what a joke. No where on the menu does it say how many you’ll get or even a picture of it. Then I ordered lemon pepper chicken tenders extra wet. 3 of them… $8.50.
Not to mention $.79 a dang ranch. Idk why they charged me for one of them when the photo clearly shows the tenders come with a dipping sauce.
I got a draft beer to have while I waited for my food and the glass was dirty.
So for a grand total of $27.69 you can be disappointed too.
My first clue should have been the dirty atmosphere but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it’s Saturday and I assumed they were slammed earlier.
Update: While Wing Daddy's did reach out, nothing was done and they never responded after our reply. We've not been back.
Our waitress Violet was absolutely great. Our issue was when my husband tried to put salt on his food and it didn't come out, we opened ours to find rust mixed with the salt. I grabbed 3 off of other tables around us and they had the same thing. The woman managing on duty already seemed to know about the issue and even seemed upset we brought it up, which is absolutely disgusting and completely negligent. The man who came to speak to us after actually seemed to show remorse and concern. We went at 8 in the evening so I can only imagine how many people used those through out the day not knowing what they were putting in their food.
If there was less than a star I will pick it!
The meat was under cook and the wings had hairs. The manager never came to our table to address the issue once I showed the waitress the wing with hair. What it was to be an enjoyable moment with my family it was unpleasant. I will not go there anymore!!!!
The lack of people during a busy time should have been evidence enough to leave this place as soon as we walked in. Servers are way less than friendly & extremely slow moving. Thwy charge you for ranch you didn’t ask for, and serve it to you with the smallest & grossest shrimp you’ll ever experience. They should be 10 cents a piece to start. The nacho cheese looks extremely similar to the cheese they serve that movie theater & tastes just like it. If you have Janice as a server, You’ll ask for your check & watch your server give a check to her literal only other table besides you. She’ll then proceed to start talking to her coworkers after it’s been a solid 5 minutes since you asked for your very easily printable check… & then she will give you an attitude when you have to flag her down to finally get your check. Please save your money & go to a fast food restaurant for better food & dining experience.
Worst place I have ever been too! I went and sat at the bar around 4 there was only a few customers here. The bartenders just ate at the bar and gossiped as well as playing on their phones. It toke me 15 minutes to get a drink. They never offered me a menu so I had to look it up on my phone. I then waited 10 minutes just to get another drink and for them to finally take my take my order. The 2 girls working had horrible attitude and just cared about talking about their problems to each other very loud. I’m not usually a Karen…but this was the worst service in my life!
