So after my las bad experiences her Stephany the manager contact me. She when ahead and offered a refund for the bad service and for just giving me chips for nachos. ( door dash had already taking care of it so i refuse) and also she offered to remake the nachos which she did her self and turn this around. I really appreciate her good customer service. If she is the one responsible for this location and continues with this actitud she will make this one of the best locations in El

First time here. The location is smaller than most. My wife and I attended a Friday night and it was packed. 45 minute wait for a table. We had to sit at the bar. As you can image wait for food was longer usual. The drinks were good. I tried the watermelon margarita. It was tasty and a cheaper option. The tenders were hot delicious and the fries freshly fried. We also tried the chips and queso but we were disappointed. The cheese was clearly put in the microwave but not long enough. The chips were cold definitivamente not fried fresh. We always get the fried cookie dough no mater what Wing Papis we're at. It did not disappoint. Great service from our bartender Liz. She was sweet kept cool even though she was under stress. We spent $60 not including tip.. Thanks!
I had an amazing experience at Wing Daddy’s on Zaragoza! We ordered 60 wings, and they had our order ready in no time. The service was exceptional, and a special shoutout to Jose, the manager, for being so attentive and ensuring everything was perfect. The wings were delicious and packed with flavor! I highly recommend Wing Daddy’s for anyone craving great wings and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back!
Both of us wanted to have a chicken salad and they realized that they didn't have any salad after I had already paid. They offered an upgraded meal at no extra charge, which we accepted, but the pieces of chicken, which were supposed to be strips, turned out like miniature nuggets.
Food was really good and even though it was only one guy running everything, like cleaning, serving, and cooking everything came out perfect. He did get the fries sizes wrong but quickly gave us a new order of them free of charge with no questions! Shout-out to bro
I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond our cashier / server Alexis’s P. was fantastic! She was attentive, and friendly, and made great recommendations. The service really made our dining experience special❤️ I love coming back here every time Jeremy is a great manager.
Went on Wednesday June 5th around 7pm. Can't quite remember the names, but they were all nice. Must be new staff because I have never seen them before. Also, I've never really received good service from this specific location as other staff were kinda rude and seemed to always be on something. But not that day. I had a great experience that day. Super attentive and repeatedly asked if we were okay. Management or Owners take note, please keep that staff you had that day. I live across the street and I would love to have the same service over and over again.
I just don’t know how people can be so rude! Ordering over the phone and this boy sounds so frustrated when I’m being nice to this boy! I ordered 20 wings and I told him thank you after him being rude and just hangs up on me!! I call him boy because these kids now a days have no respect towards anyone but I’ll still pray for that little boy!
