Out of all Wing Daddy’s Locations I’ve been to, this is the best one yet. The delicious food, kind service, SMELL and CLEANLINESS of the restaurant was GREAT. From the moment I waked in I was greeted by Liz. She was kind enough to walk me through the menu and even recommend me the sauce of month. I really appreciated the General Manager Stephanie’s attentiveness. She was very busy and still made it a point to check up on us through out our meal. I loved her vibe and professionalism. It’s rare to find a place where the staff is positive and makes you feel like family. This will definitely be my go to lunch spot. Thank you Wing Daddy’s!
Tastes like any other American wing place. Go to Korea and learn how to make fried chicken. Service has a normal American attitude. Nothing special about this place.
This locations service has lots of potential. It says express but wasn’t fast at all. We waited 35 min to get our food. We ordered chicken fries which were good but took too long. The place was a bit dirty and cashier was not friendly.
I have been a regular customer at Wing Daddies and have enjoyed their dine-in deals in the past. However, I have noticed a decline in certain aspects of the service recently.
One issue that stood out is the portion size of the fries and tenders. Initially, the servings were generous, but over time, the portions have noticeably decreased to approximately half the amount. This reduction in quantity made me reconsider ordering them during my visits.
Additionally, during my last visit, I encountered an unexpected policy regarding to-go boxes during deal days. After dining in, I asked to take my leftovers home but was informed they wouldn't give me a to-go box for my tenders unless I ordered more food, which was frustrating. This restriction made me feel uncomfortable, as I was left with no choice but to leave and waste food, rather than enjoy the option of taking the leftovers with me.
While I appreciate the quality of the food and the overall experience at Wing Daddies, these recent changes have impacted my satisfaction. I hope that management considers adjusting the portion sizes and reviewing the to-go policy to improve customer experience.
My rating goes against Wing Daddy’s and to a degree the lack of care from this location. Being hungry and tired after work all I wanted was some strips and some fries so going online I see the price as $9.99 for Buffalo chicken fries and $8.09 for 3 strips. So when my total comes out to over $23 the math doesn’t add up even with tax. So when I get there I ask why it’s so much just to find out that the buffalo chicken fries are actually $11.99 and the 3 strips are $8.49, but the cherry on top was being charged for “to go supplies” and I didn’t even get a receipt. God forbid I want to order online to avoid the drab experience of dealing with the people that work there and their lack of customer service skills, I can’t do that because then I’m screwed even more dealing with all the added fees from having to order from DoorDash… No I’m sorry for the inconvenience, no care from the management or cashier, just, “I’m sorry sir it’s not under my control and I don’t make the prices.” This phrase coming from both the manager and the cashier. The only reason I’m not giving this a 1 star review is because the food itself is always good, but that seems to be the only redeeming quality of this location and of Wing Daddy’s in general.
Went 2 hours before closing and manager was rude !
We as costumers are supposed to feel welcomed and he made us feel rushed and uncomfortable.
The other employee was using his phone while preparing our food, which it’s a big critical.
On top of that, they messed up my order.
The manager didn’t apologize nor had any emotions towards it. He just went straight to the back.
I DO NOT recommend this place whatsoever.

First time trying this place. We stopped by as we were on this side of town. Service was ok not friendly but also not rude just made no effort to greet. We had nachos were ok but too much salt on chips. Then we got our boneless wings &fries combos ???? they were extremely crunchy. We did let the person in charge and she offered to refund combos. Hopefully this helps cooks be aware and also for staff to be more friendly.
There was nothing spectacular about the service. Not having been to this location and not being extremely familiar with their menu I asked if there were any kind of lunch specials or something that she could suggest. She told me now the only thing she can tell me to look at is the combos that's what they have all day everyday. So I opted to just buy a drink. Now A co-worker of mine ordered something called hot and honey wings I will tell you that the food was good. I think service could be so much better and I think it would significantly increases locations ability to sell. You know having been a new customer without some guidance I was kind of lost. I don't know the environment was a little ho hum but the patio outside was very nice. I definitely would return but be ready to make a decision sense customer service tends to be a little lacking.
