First time at this location and it did not let down. For this being more so a take out style establishment, I beleive it is 5 star worthy. The first impression was VERRY limited indoor seating, but there is decent outdoor space, If the weather is nice(not covered), the lady that took our order was very friendly and helpful. We ordered a 6pc combo and upgraded to mac & cheese fries and another 10pc with 2 flavors and a water. Our food came out in a very reasonable time and was brought outside to our table. LET ME TELL YA....the wings!! sauced and crispy on the outside, nice and moist chicken on the inside and very flavorful. The mac and cheese fries were equally great, and they did not skimp on the portion size. Again, the staff was super friendly, and the food was amazing.

Wings are superb in comparison to most.
Can't remember the last time I had wings that were that satisfying... Wish I had 4 arms so I could give this place 4 thumbs up.
Will definitely go back when I have a chance. Didn't get a picture of the wings bc it didn't dawn on me until they were finished but I will assure you, they were outstanding and were of magazine photo quality.
I am highly disappointed. after reading dozens of reviews I decided to try out wing crave, sadly. I give them one star because the customer service was good and my food was ready before the time that I was given!
as far as the food, it was nothing I thought it would be. I did order online but I called first to ask a few questions and the young lady that answered told me that they only had one order at the time of my call so these weren’t honest mistakes just because they were busy.
considering that when ordering (I ordered online) they give you the option to get “original” fried wings (BREADED) or “un-breaded” fried wings. I chose original…which is the whole reason why I decided on wing crave over wingstop because it’s difficult to find decent breaded wings and I love breaded wings. another option that you have when ordering is to get all flats or all drums for an up charge, although I chose the option that is a mix of both…to only receive TWO flats out of ten wings. my wings were pretty chewy so after eating two I just stopped eating. I did request extra crispy fries as I do anytime I order fries from anywhere and mine were burnt. I can understand how that can be easily done so I won’t complain much there. the fried corn was good.
I fasted all day and I’m honestly just sad that I did not get anything that I expected at all after spending $22.22. maybe I’ll try again one day and check my food before leaving.
Got 10 teriyaki and 10 honey bbq, both great! They even had the option for all flats???? Employee was friendly as well when I picked my order up.
Wing Crave started out great when they first opened, best wings I’ve ever had. Now it’s gone down hill, the sauces are still great and the chicken is great- when the kids working there care to do it right. I think in the beginning an older guy watched over a lot of it and made sure it’s done well. Now the teenagers work by themselves at night and they just do not care, this should be a wake up call to the owner you are ruining the buisness with these kids. They barely talk/mumble on the phone when someome calls, they make the wings with little to no sauce most of the time, soggy fries woth NO seasoning when you order cajun, they don’t tell you when you’re order is ready so it just sits there, and literally EVERY time we order chicken and waffles they leave out the syrup, they leave out the ranch when you order it. I wish I could get a refund for buffalo wings with no sauce, plain wings is ridiculous when you pay $30 for wings! PLEASE DO BETTER BECAUSE I LOVE YOUR FOOD WHEN YOU CARE!!!
I wasn’t even originally going to write a review but how I was treated baffled me honestly. We ordered food an hour before closing. They said the pick up time would be 10:50pm. That was fine. Our order was on the larger side. 2 10 piece wing meals with chili cheese fries. The wings were great and I told them that. However the fries were so burnt that they were inedible. I had to call in the next day during work because obviously the restaurant was closed by the time we noticed. (They close at 11pm our order was ready to be picked up at 10:50pm and we live 24 minutes away) I called while I was at work the next day to ask for a refund FOR THE FRIES only. I was informed they can’t because it was apart of a meal. I tried to tell whoever I spoke with multiple times that I understood and that I did not want any replacement food. They then placed me on hold again and came back and said they could refund the toppings. I told them once again that I did not want the refund or the food especially because the toppings only totaled to $4. Which is a joke because it was a $41 order and on the menu chili cheese fries are $5.99 A PIECE. All that to say I am not upset about anything previously mentioned. I am upset because even after I told whoever I was speaking with that I understood they couldn’t refund me and that I did not want any food, they rudely asked me, “So you expect me to refund the whole order?” After going around in circles for 11 minutes i politely said AGAIN that i understand the policy but i also do not want any food considering how it was cooked the first time and hung up. I get that every company has policies and for the millionth time I understand, but the least you could do is be kind about it. Maybe try LISTENING next time. Thanks.
If you want wings, or just quality food this is your spot. Fresh chicken, you order and the chicken is freshly made right then and there. I am so glad we said no to Buffalo Wings or Zaxby’s! Thanks JT and the fam for making my family feel right at home. Great service.
Update: Went again today and tried the Honey mustard boneless wings and they were fantastic. Just as good, if not better than the first time going!
Phenomenal wings! They were cooked to have a perfectly crisp skin with a tender and flavorful meat underneath. Both the Honey Buffalo and Honey BBQ sauce was fantastic and they give you a great amount of sauce on the wings.
