I was presently surprised by wing boss! If I'm being honest, I didn't even know wing boss existed until I happened to see the place while driving around looking for a quick lunch. I decided to go in, check out the menu, and eventually ordered .
What surprised me even more is that this place is a Dickey's BBQ company. I ordered the lemon pepper, dry rub wings. Since I didn't know anything about this place, I figured that was a safe bet, and it was.
The service was good, very clean place, and I was in and out pretty quick. The wings were pretty good as well.
I'll definitely keep this WING BOSS on my lunchtime options list. Go check em out if there's one near you.

I love Wingboss! The combo of the smoke and the fried wing makes for a very solid wing. The Addison location has stellar service, make sure to check the bag but typically I have no problems and they take good care of me. Buyer beware thought. The websites coupon codes don’t always work.
Sides- Fries are okay, usually under seasoned. Mac n cheese is solid, veggies are freshish. But I’m there for the wings. So there’s that.
Sauces and seasonings are all solid and on point! I typically get sauces on side so I can control the sauce level. I like they offer that option.
Overall, solid choice for wings.
Great new wing spot in Addison! Tons of sauce options - I love the Thai sweet and original BBQ! The ranch is delicious! Staff is super friendly and attentive, the GM Kimberly is very hardworking! They do catering for business events and parties, also a great spot to meet a friend and watch the game. Clean restaurant, delicious food, friendly staff, highly recommend!

I loved this restaurant from the moment I walked in! The decor is very eclectic and cool. I ordered the 6 piece wings with seasoned fries. I was blown away by the visual presentation and the tastes of everything. It was served very hot and tasted amazing! I will definitely be going back!
I was a bit hesitant to try Wing Boss since I saw it was owned by Dickey's. I personally do not care for Dickey's barbecue. But, I'd thought I give Wing Boss a try after looking for the best wings in Addison.
The wings are a 10/10. I don't think I've had smoked wings before, and man, were they good! That smoke flavor mixes so well with the crunchy exterior. The manager told us it's all smoked in-house throughout the day. I was surprised how juicy the wings were. They are similar to that of Wing Stop with regards to sauces, combos, etc. I ordered the 6 piece combo with Lemon Pepper Rub. I should've ordered more on the way out because they were that good. Service was attentive and friendly. The only criticism I have is that the celery and carrots were a bit dried out. Maybe keep in water or something before serving? It's such a small issue that shouldn't take away from the wings.
I'd come back again for lunch if I was in the area.
Great wings! The idea of pit smoked wings made me very curious. The wings had excellent flavor with a hint of smoke. We ordered versions of hot, mild and garlic Parmesan. EXCELLENT! This was our second visit to this location and the staff made the atmosphere very enjoyable both times. They encountered an issue with their registers accepting credit/debit payment but they took this in stride by having customers use the app to collect credit card payments. Very impressive customer oriented staff members. Great job!
TINY WINGS....
Quarter size and over fried wings. Ordered a 10 pcs....most of the wings were tiny and tasted like burnt oil. Called restaurant asking for a refund. Employee claimed to be unable to provide a refund and advised that I should contact corporate. Don't spend your money here.
This establishment is clean and friendly! The staff is caring, compassionate, and kind. The owner of the location did a great job with feeding me fresh hot Cajun wings n fries. They were crispy, juicy, fresh, and I’ll come back every time for them!! Next sauce I’m going back for is the Sweet Thai Chili!
The owner said that there will be game nights, fight nights, and new drink menu coming soon
And right when I’m finishing up this message, I’m trying out the new sweet Thai chilli on tenders!!! See the owner does really care about his customers!!
Btw, the owner’s name is Donte!! Phenomenal guy!! Thank you for you and the staff ????
