Our waitress was fast and efficient when taking our order. The food was hot and rather delicious. We will definitely visit every time we are in Covington, TN.
Wings were delicious and full size not the little fast food chain ones.
This is my second visit to The Wing Basket. I have to say it is some of the best food I have eaten, from a restaurant, in a long time. The service was great as well. I loved it. They also have a game room. And its also extremely clean. Great Job Wing Basket.
The prices seen on the online menu are totally wrong. I expected to pay around 20 dollars and the order cost me 26 and change. Not happy!
I ordered 12 chicken wings and chicken gizzards. When I got home I actually came back with 12 HALF WINGS. To make it worse. I bit into the chicken gizzards and realized that the gizzards had miraculously turned into chicken livers on the way home! Very unhappy experience. Probably will be extremely hesitant to order from them again!
Nothing special about the wings, Customer service was lousy. The lady taking my order barely spoke as if she was annoyed I was there, made me wait a few minutes before she acknowledged me and I was the only there. Will not go back.
Plenty of big wings, covered in sauce. Get your money's worth here.
Just came in with a group @ 6:20 pm on 12/6/23 the service was so garbage took an hour to get our food and all of our wings were so hard you could barely eat them and the fries were burnt. The wings had good taste just burnt. My wife spilled her drink and they didn’t even bother to bring another one out didn’t give any of us refills like they suppose to. I give it a 1/10 do not recommend. I will take my business else where. The man in there was very rude abt the drink spill and tried to snap out on us. DO NOT EAT HERE. They had our order messed up not to mention my sister in law never got her food cuz they messed hers up
The owner was so rude I waited for hours for cold food. Then when I want my money back he threw the money on the counter and started cussing. The guest confronted him he pulled off his apron and pulled out a hand gun. Do not go here there is no respect for customers. He was rude to everybody that came in to spend their money and we went there after a funeral.
