Wingbarn food and atmosphere is great. I've also had great service, but one thing they are lacking is when picking up delivery, they make you fill up the drink. I feel it should be like in other establishments. Everything is prepared for the delivery driver to make it seamless.
The boneless wings taste like MC chickens and the chicken was over cooked.The hamburger buns are dry and mid and lack taste. It would be nice if the beer is ice cold when served. The staff is friendly and polite. The outside area was covered in a layer of dirt. The only thing enjoyable was the fries. It's crazy how they still have seria mist in the fountain machine. I came with an appetite but the unsettling flavor through that out the window.
Ordered a burger. As you can see in the picture, the first one was burnt. The second one they only cooked it on one side.
Check your to go order before leaving the restaurant. I got home to find half my order missing. When I drove back to get the rest of my food I asked to speak to the manager. I told him I wasn't accustomed to making two trips for one order.
His response "oh well, we're all human, it was a mistake".
Speaking of mistakes, I'll never make the mistake of patronizing this poorly managed place again.
Don't even think about reaching out to their upper management. They have no contact info on their website.
Sophia always greets with a smile and I love that about her. Whether I come alone or with a group of friends, the hospitality is always there. Definitely one of my favorite places to come to eat. I can always count on great food and exceptional service ????. For sure MY NUMBER ONE SPOT!!!
I used to love this place but the service over the phone is horrible. Tonight, I called at 10:40 PM and was placed on hold then later told by “crystal” that as per her manager Samantha they were no longer taking orders.
IMO It’s rude to place a customer on hold to wait for time to pass by so I asked to speak to the manager who confirmed the kitchen was closed but could make an exception this time.
OFC I was disappointed by the service tonight and don’t plan to come back. I obviously didn’t proceed with ordering the food after I confronted the situation w/the manager because I didn’t want the staff to mess with my food so left to c & c wings instead ✌????
Manager was Rude....Approach could have been more professional...You need to work on it!...and I understand everything is extra but at least fill up the cup with Blue Cheese to the top like others do! You need to have a meeting about that! Work on it!...As of now, I'm convinced...NEVER AGAIN! at this Wing Barn!
Love comming to this location the food is always cooked perfect and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The manager Oscar came and introduced himself and made sure we were happy! Definitely coming here to watch the games! Go Cowboys!
