The wings were flavorful. We asked the cashier her favorite & she suggested the tongue twisters, so we ordered the recommended, lemon pepper and regular buffalo& we really enjoyed all the wings especially the tongue twisters with their homemade ranch. The fries were kind of cold and just average. It was Monday night and we had to ask to put MNF on the TV, but the staff did it quickly & were helpful. One TV was broken but was showing hockey and it was rather warm, but I would surely come back. The food and staff were great????????
Wing Barn truly delivers on both food and service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly atmosphere. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, helping me navigate the extensive menu of mouthwatering sauces. The wings were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, perfectly cooked to my liking. I opted for the Mango Habanero , and it was a flavor explosion! The heat was balanced perfectly with a hint of sweetness, making it the perfect sauce for my taste buds.
To top it off, the service was impeccable. Our server was always there when we needed something, but never intrusive. They made us feel like valued customers and ensured that we had a memorable dining experience.

Back in 2019 my husband decided to quit wingbarn located in Harlingen on Ed Carey and we would still go and as the years passed the service and food is definitely not the same they always give you the fries when your almost done with your wings and then you order a wrap and theirs stuff in the wrap that shouldn’t be in their and the wrap is not even folded as a wrap but more like a taco and you ask to talk to a manager and theirs no manager their to speak with . Then they remake you your order and they still don’t put everything that should be in the wrap . Me and my family recently went to the wingbarn in San Juan and the service from Diego the manager was amazing and the food was very delicious ! I had not experienced good service from wing barn in years till that day ! But today the one on Ed Carey was horrible I definitely will not be giving my money to that place at all !
Food quality was good. Hats off to the cook. However we waited almost 1 hour (50 minutes) for our food and that's only cause I went to ask. I asked if they forgot about us and was told no but her expression spoke different message. Hey and it happens but it would've been forgiven if they were honest about it and apologized. I would not have given them this low star review
I really enjoyed the texas poppers and 8 piece wing combo. I should have got 4 wing as it was alot of food. Poppers ranged from not so hot to good and hot. My husband said his wings were not very hot and didnt have much flavor. He got the salsa ones pictured. But he likes hot food. I got the buffalo and the dang good bbq. Buffalo was not hot but had good flavor. Bbq i brought home so i have yet to try. Place was clean and staff was friendly.
First time in the area, so I wanted to give this local spot a try. The environment is friendly, and they have plenty of available seating. With regards to the meal, it was overall pretty tasty, although the wings could have used a bit more seasoning. It's worth a go if in the area and in the mood for some chicken wings
My family loved it. We had 2 tickets from a fundraiser, so my dad and sister had the Dang Good Deal (Cheeseburger combo with 5 mild wings). My mom and I had the two chicken sandwiches, I had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and she had the Grilled Chicken sandwich. I chose Hot wing sauce which I felt was a bit weak despite being level 4 out of 5. Otherwise, it was great food for reasonable prices, about $10 per person.
