Horrible experience with the receptionist there. Super rude. They call you to confirm your appt and when you cancel, they try charging you even after you cancel. Will be going elsewhere. Then you wait over 2 hrs to be seen. SAVE YOUR TIME!
AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME. They scheduled my grandfather for a visit @10am and advised to get there earlier since he is a new patient - which is understandable. He got to the office at 9:30am and waited until 12pm for the doctor - who arrived at 11:30am. Why would anyone scheduled a patient visit at a time when the doctor is not even there. When I confronted the receptionist she said 'oh the doctor has a ton of medical patients and this takes time' - well no-duh he's a doctor all his patients are medical. She then went on to suggest we were annoyed because my grandfather was missing his lunch. No we're pissed because he's been at this dumb office since 9:30am waiting for a 10 min appointment with a doctor who arrived at 11:30am, and we're being gaslighted to think otherwise. Why is it okay for them to charge us when we cancel/reschedule/ or are late but we can't do anything when they the doctor is 1 and half hour late. THEY WILL VALUE THE DOCTORS TIME MORE THAN YOURS. AVOID AT ALL COST.
AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME & EYE HEALTH, Please choose other good Eye Dr but not this one.
Staff is very rude, Dr do not talk to patient at all, he bring is IPAD do tick tick that's all. No single word from his mouth how my eye health is, RUDE.
Waiting is too long there they book so many patient.
Do not go there, avoid this office
Dr. Winfield is an amazing doctor who has always been attentive and has helped both of my parents with cataract surgery and everything else. I also want to give a shoutout to Rose at the front desk, who always makes sure to personally call us when we are due for a checkup. The whole team is great and I'm glad I found them.
I will not be returning to this office. Doctor Winfield was not amicable or talkative. I asked for a referral and he ignored me.
For such a pleasant looking office the staff were dressed very unprofessional (Sweatpants, tshirt and crocs) Let me start there. This visit was for my 6 year old daughter who suffers from anxiety. While she was examined for the first part of the visit by a pleasant lady who was very kind, patient and professional, my daughter was nervous for her first visit and was going through her motion so she cried a little which got a front desk receptionist i didn’t get her name but she was heavy set with glasses. She approached me and asked if my child will let the doctor treat her i was confused so i asked what do you mean ?! she told me that if my daughter can’t stop crying she doesn’t think the doctor can see her, i let her know that i was recommended by my pediatrician and as a doctor who treats children they should be able to handle the situation despite her anxiety she’s still a child and this is her first time. She stated he doesn’t specialize in pediatrics and it just wasn’t that simple but that she will ask. At that point i was ready to go because it was unprofessional and not her place to intervine. Than she goes to her desk and talks about it in spanish to the other ladies there in front of my husband who sees and hears it all. I am very aware of my child’s anxiety and this isn’t the first time she’s nervous for her first time visit but as a child who wouldn’t be. As a experienced doctor they should be able to handle this type situations in the event they don’t they need to be very clear about it. I would expect the kind lady who was there patiently observing my daughter to ask or suggest such thing. My daughter wasn’t even crying so much or throwing a tantrum to where it caused much concern we weren’t even in the room for 2 mins. She calmed downed and was able to get the pictures done. When i approached the doctor about it he showed no concern about the situation and didn’t even apologize. This is the first and last time there. I will be communicating this with my pediatrician because she shouldn’t be recommending such doctor especially since they don’t specialize in children.
The staff was so rude and one lady refused to make an appointment for my 6 year old. Delaying treatment !! She had state insurance and they refused to make an appointment!! don’t come here worst service ever!
Dr is into interesting in Money Manager Lisa Winfield is unprofessional and she refused service because outstanding balance and don’t care whatever happened to you if you don’t pay you can’t see doctor
