They screwed up the order. We placed an order for delivery. We asked for tenders with honey mustard on the side and what we received was a bucket of tenders drenched in honey mustard. Like who does that. When called was told because we didn't say plain with sauce on the side. Which we did, they screwed up. Then rude about it. No worries won't be back.
I order here often for lunch as i work next door. Im on a somewhat strict diet and i am grateful the plate i order fits the bill. I always order a “steak and cheese bomb w/ pickles in the foam!” Occasionally ill order a slice as a nice treat. I eat low carb so typically no bread, and i dont eat any seed oils. The owner explained that no oils are used in the steak and cheese. I eat this meal about 5/6 days a week. It has helped me lose almost 50lbs! Food is always good and consistent. The slice is legit a slice of heaven lol. Idk what they do with the dough but their pizza is the only pizza i eat the crust! Its so good! Im not familiar with the rest of the menu but the 2 items i order all the time are always perfect. Thanks guys for always feeding me!
I ordered my food before closing and everyone was so nice. I was offered an extra slice the man that was running the show was very nice and the gentleman who placed my order was nice. The lady mopping the floor was very nice too with nice sneakers on. I found this place clean and atomoshere was great ????. I will be coming back again.
Standard independent pizza shop. Good subs, nothing too fancy. Only complaint would be to offer an option for a sub without chips, fries, or onion rings for a lower price than with them. Drinks in the cooler that are sugar free or low calorie would also be nice. Overall I would consider going back.
Spicy Lemon Pepper Wing Dings are by FAR the best wings in town AND better priced. My favorite location, Weymouth has the cleanest dining areas. I drove 6+ hours just to go to this place, you should too.
They usually have good service but tonight..Food was not thoroughly made had to put I back in the oven at home, my lid on the food was not secured just placed on top, I also asked for marinara sauce which I didn't get after it had been confirmed with my order. Disappointed, hopefully the food tastes better than the service I received.
I was greatly disappointed by the customer service I received from this establishment. Having grown up in the neighborhood of Dorchester and attending school nearby, this place held a special nostalgia for me. However, my recent attempt to place an order left me feeling disrespected and unappreciated.
When I called in to inquire about substituting an item in the special, the individual who answered the phone responded in a rude and dismissive manner. Instead of politely explaining the restaurant's policy, he launched into a tirade about specials not being customizable and questioned the logic of my request. His tone was off-putting, and he even went as far as saying he didn't care whether I placed an order or not.
I had hoped to be welcomed with open arms and enjoy the food that I fondly remembered from my childhood. Unfortunately, the lack of good customer service overshadowed any positives. As a result of this experience, I made the decision to cancel my order.
In my opinion, the food, no matter how nostalgic, is not worth enduring such poor treatment. I cannot recommend this establishment based on the disrespectful and unprofessional interactions I encountered. Customer service plays a crucial role in the overall experience, and it is clear that this place fell short in that regard. I hope that they take steps to address such issues, as every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy."

Normally I go in and get great service. Today I went in as a dasher and got talked down to like im less than human. All because I didn't up with a heat bag for an order that was a mile away. It was a different guy at the front desk than normal.
