I had a very frustrating experience with this restaurant that I feel others should be aware of. My order was cancelled because the delivery driver assumed I wasn't going to tip. I had a cash tip ready, but the driver didn't bother to check before making that assumption. Additionally, the security desk at my job doesn't allow food to be left with them, which is why I instructed the driver to leave it there
and call me so I could come down to pick it up, as I have done with other deliveries before. Instead of understanding the situation, I was accused of intentionally avoiding a tip. It's disheartening and unprofessional to be treated this way when I made every effort to communicate my instructions clearly. The restaurant seemed more focused on jumping to conclusions than
addressing the actual issue. As someone who values professionalism and respect in service, I won't be recommending this place
to anyone. The way this was handled was completely unacceptable.
I've been a long time customer 10+ years. NEVER had a negative experience until recently. Maybe they have a new cook. I always order a side a chicken tenders with one of their sauces that they let marinate in a large plastic container. This order they barely put any sauce in the container so it was like I was eating plain chicken tenders
Will never order food there again worst service 2hours and 15 min wait. After many calls to find out were our food was it arrived cold. Requested a refund to be told he had to talk to the guy...whatever that meant.
Absolutely terrible. First off when I open the package, my onion rings and fries are completely soggy. Then I bit into a raw piece of chicken, after I ripped into 2 more with a fork and found more raw chicken. The girl on the phone obviously didn’t want to be there when I first called, but when I asked for my money back, she only gave me a partial refund and hung up out of no where. On top of all that, they forgot the blue cheese for a BUFFALO plate. I’d be surprised if that refund shows up.
Great Buffalo chicken tenders and awesome pepper roni pizza. I also grabbed a cheese burger sub.
I ordered the jalapeño poppers. They only had a small slice of jalapeño in them, and the cream cheese did not have a good taste to it either. overall 2/10
Ordered the Teriyaki chicken tenders. These tenders was beyond salty never again what a waist of money. There food and costumer service has gone down over the years. It's so heartbreaking. My family grew up eating Windy City
Food is pretty good, disappointed in the wings, will not order the wings again, I asked if I could have mostly flats (in writing) as I dislike drumsticks, my order had ALL DRUMSTICKS.... seriously?? I get you can't give all Flats, but to include none! Bad business
