What can I not say about this place? Service is open and friendly, and talks to you like a human being. The food is amazing, haven't had anything that didn't taste amazing.
Sitting down to eat is also a pleasant feeling, with no one rushing you out. Also if you're looking for a fast food, burger, hotdog, or a pizza puff. They also have salads, so if you are in a rush or just enjoying your meal try The Windy City Grill. Prove me wrong.
This place has great dogs, great burgers, great sides, and great food all around. Service is always wonderful, food is hot. Very fast. Best community restaurant on its best days.
But this cheese on fries has to stop, especially for delivery. The fries are soaked in cheese that they've lost all texture and become just either soaked noodles in cheese or soggy fries underneath without cheese. Good thing they make them hot! Oh, wait... The fries being closed, covered in hot cheese in a container like this holds in all the condensation, which soaks back in creating a soggy fry goop. The container is soaked in condensation. Which would mean they were fresh. They got here piping hot! But already soaked through wet...
Please go back to separated cheese containers. I've had your fries MANY times, and it's always been top-notch, crisp, dippable, and good salt, not salty. Until this month. Hopefully, it's just a container supply shortage. You're the best restaurant in this town, I know you can get 5 stars.

Great food, friendly staff, and decent prices.
Appearance wise doesn't stand out much, but the food was on another level. I would recommend trying it out once. The food was delicious and smells amazing as soon as you walked in. Small cozy, and the cooks are fairly fast, so no long wait.
This was my second visit here The first time I had the Patty melts it was very delicious , this time I had the cheese dog , good average dog , I also had the chili, little to sweet and soupy to put on a hot dog, fries were average needs more salt. I will definitely come back . The staff were friendly, place was clean, I like supporting small businesses like this , 4 ⭐️
This may not seem like a big deal but just got a chili dog and a pizza puff. Wife loved the pizza puff. Cooked perfectly with a little crunch. I got a a chili cheese dog. Done perfectly, I appreciate the sesame bun and most of all they put the dog in a container as opposed to wrapping it. A container keeps everything together and it's not a sloppy mess when you get home. I appreciate the extra step!! Nice little neighborhood hotdog stand. Menu contains all the favorites and from what I've had.....they do it right!!

I have always loved this place, but lately, it seems to be lacking. I ordered the fries and chicken tenders, and they both tasted like the fryer oil hadn't been changed in a while. The place could use a good scrub down, inside and out, and would probably benefit from an employee who specifically cleans as it seems the busyness and lunch hustle makes it difficult for employees to keep up with cleaning the place and dealing with the thousand flies circling you while you eat. I enjoy this place usually, (good gyros!) but the atmosphere and lack of cleanliness in the back of the house makes the quality of the food subpar. Hopefully things change soon, so I can come back and change my review! :)
Honestly this place never fails to piss me off, like I’ve been going there since I’ve lived in the area, the quality has progressively gotten worse. The Italian beefs are horrid and lack seasoning, there are flies where the drink dispenser is, the workers never get my order correct and I keep trying to be optimistic and just hope that I went there on a bad day but it’s honestly continually disappointing.
