NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT RENT HERE! The community management is horrible. The security guards are rude. There’s a specific male guard at the front who claims his the supervisor but the way he was acting, he shouldn’t be one. Disgusting attitude. The house was dirty, the bed had hairs as well as the bathrooms, the towels were stained, the kitchen glassware were outdated and disgusting. The dryer doesn’t dry well. It’s hard to get in contact with management after a certain time. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
We just arrived and I wanted to say Everything so far has been spectacular, I really wanted to compliment you all on D.J. At the Gate, What an outstanding and warm welcome for travelers Who chose to stay Here, this whole association of homeowners and whomever manages and staffs the company He works for should really be proud of him, And Raise him up for every opportunity and promotion They can within their company, In fact, I can’t think of a warmer welcome or a greater peace of mind we could’ve ever hoped for in our stay or after driving sixteen hours to get Here than the one we received from D.J. And how He came with a great list of local recommendations and Things to do while we’re Here as well as all the things we needed to know on our end to satisfy our Requirements for staying Here, He was so super personable and Really gives Outstanding service that you should really applaud and reward because after all these miles traveled I don’t know What or who I expected to be Here to greet us, but someone as kind, welcoming, Helpful, and inclusive as D.J. is, Is such a rare treat and everyone Here really should Applaud him when they see him for looking after their homes and customers for their rentals, because He really sets the caliber high for What you can expect from your stay at the Homes Here as well as a confident peace of mind manning the gate, I hope you’ll Reward him for a job well done, That I’m sure if often such a thankless one, and Give him a copy of this review for his Sense of accomplishment because He really deserves to be applauded, rewarded, promoted, and hold his Head high for a commitment to excellence and customer service that’s really rare and becoming all the rarer to find these days
Came down here this past December, it did not disappoint. The place we stayed in, comfortably housed our extended family of 9 and was very clean and tidy. A screened in private pool/hot tub was right outside our backdoor. Memories made!
Wish I could give negative stars. If you are in construction. Or do any type of commercial work. Stay away from here. They offer no where for you to park and will tow your trucks at their discretion. They allow host to book unwarned guest into these situations. And take no accountability as a staff. It could atleast be listed on reservations. Ian and others are no help to you once you book. Save your money. There are better resorts that don’t come with the hassle. Been staying here about a month.
Seems nice at first but after a closer glance inside of the apartment home the drawers are absolutely filthy not even cleaned, hairs, smudges, and stains all inside every single drawer in the home crumbs inside couch cushions and filthy underneath couches stains on pillows, Wrinkly sheets nothing is cleaned in this place carpets are moldy, moldy door hinges. Found old socks inside a bedroom dresser and underneath couches stains cushions along with old paper towel GROSS!!! Save your money and go to a hotel which is much cheaper and cleaner than this place will ever imagine to be of which is sad cause location is actually good. Disappointing ????
We were very disappointed with our stay. Our condo was absolutely filthy! There was hair all over the tile and in both bathrooms and the main living space when we got there. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom. The carpeting was extremely dirty. So much so, I refused to walk on it without shoes on. The master bed was like sleeping on cement and the sheets had stains all over them. The kitchen cabinets had goo all over the doors.
The dryer wouldn’t dry the clothes. You had to run it through at least 3, 60 minute cycles and hope they dried all the way. The walls had dirt/food on the and were tearing off in places. I wouldn’t even touch the couch because it was so dirty.
I have NEVER stayed in a dirtier place in my life and will never return to Windsor Palms!
So close to the Disney parks. Gaited and secure. Easy booking through Airbnb. Nice amenities and NO resort fees! Cheaper if not the same as a Disney resort except you get the whole place to yourself. Washer, dryer and full kitchen to cook 'at home' to save on meals. The super walmart less than 5 min down the road has absolutely anything you may need. Also a small sundry shop on property for a quick walk down if you need to purchase something fast that you may have forgotten.
Our place that we rented was a little outdated but clean. The employees at the resort were helpful and kind. The resort itself was clean and up to date. I would go again.
