Location is okay and so are rooms. Nothing fancy, and generally clean enough (though not 100%). However, the person who greeted us was one of the rudest we've ever experienced on our road trip. Completely unkind and very rude. Refused to issue a second key to the room, despite booking a room for 2 guests. Posting inside room was ridiculous, saying things like the ice machine is monitored and taking more than 1 bucket of ice will be charged to the room. We tried to leave a review of Booking.com but the property blocked us from being able to.
Staff is very nice and accommodated our change in schedule. Thank you! Also it’s a motel, so don’t set your expectations too high. It is a good place to stay if you are on a budget. Would stay again.

First time I called , I said hello. Thought I dropped call. So I called back, man answered, I asked him if for availability, he said , closed come tomorrow 8a.m. I tride to ask him how much for day tried to say and a week after , he rudely says, I don't know and hangs up. I had no other chbut to give 1 star on everything, because, MAYBE next time someone calls after hours , he'll have better customer service!,,
I really was looking forward in staying here, I really enjoyed my 3 week stay 9 years ago.
We had 2 rooms, for 68$ per room, on the ground floor. For that money, you can’t expect too much, and we didn’t. The location is good, close to shops and the lake and London Bridge. The owner opened the pool area up for us. Don’t be fooled by the photos. It is a fairly run down pool on the other side of the parking lot. But it is a pool and that’s all that mattered to us in that heat. The aircon in 1 of the rooms (105) couldn’t quite cope with the heat, but kept it cool enough. The USB chargers in that room didn’t work. The other room (106) was a bit better. The bathroom is very dated, the taps are old. The towels are sitting on top of a metal rack that was very dirty, so the towels had black streaks on them. Overall, don’t expect luxury. Good hotel for budget travelers, for 1 night or so.
Old motel. I paid $100 for one night which is expensive comparing to what it offered.|Stinky and old room. TV and microwave not working. The AC is so noisy that I couldn’t sleep in +30 degrees during night .|Would pay bit more again and stay somewhere else.|The breakfast is a joke. Coffe and the most unhealthiest croissant pie
While this is not a 5* hotel, it is a nice hotel with a good location near the lake. The room was dated but clean. It does have a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was a little springy, but I am not used to a spring mattress. The guy at the front desk was nice and friendly. The price was great. We would stay there again.
Stayed here for one night and all is very quiet until 4:30am when the contractors start going to work with all quiet again by 7:00am. Our door lock kept beeping 5 times every time a contractor walked by with his door key card ... very annoying so early in the morning. But that's the good part. Horrible room for $93 and suspect all rooms the same. The room stunk and we were really thinking of just leaving and going to another motel but didn't. Absolutely filthy carpet that caused a white towel to have black marks on it when I put it on the floor to stand on it after a shower. Electrical hanging out of ceiling. Microwave was not cleaned. Beds were not comfortable at all, felt like I was sleeping on a piece of plywood. Entrance door was not fitted correctly and was hard to open/close. Fridge was clean and working. Very large TV (for a motel room) on the wall. Parking lot was very clean, no cigarette butts or trash lying around. Beds/linen seamed clean and in good condition. We do not recommend and we will never stay here again.
The room its Ok , they gave me one room at first that smell really bad when back to front office and he change the room for me , I was going to give 5 start but on my way home they call me saying I had taken a blanket from the room and I was going to get charge $200 for it because they had me on the camara, I took 2 of my Own blanket , so I call them back and told them I didnt had any of his blanket and the guy told me Just be carefull next time ?, well becarefull of what? I DONT HAVE ANY OF YOUR BLANKET.!!!!
