Great spot to stay for my sister and I to help out another family member for a few days. Double sinks separated from bath, separate seating area to enjoy appetizers and watch tv separate from bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good and not crowded when we were there.
the pillows were so soft and clean and the workers there so friendly and breakfast was good. and it was nice and quit, we really enjoyed our stay there for one night. my sister was in the hospital there at del webb medical center fighting cancer. and it was close to the hospital. thank you ! keep up the wonderful smiles.
Wonderful hotel with great staff. Clean and quiet rooms with a lot of space. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast each morning. Reasonable pricing. Great value.|This hotel has everything that you need for a comfortable stay in Surprise.
Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff, from housekeeping to the front desk to the breakfast crew, were courteous and friendly. Centrally located to shopping and restaurants. I appreciated being able to check in early. $35 pet dog pet night is a steep price since ours are small, non shedding and not destructive at all.
Comfortable bed, room and bathroom (we like the double sinks!). The breakfast buffet is pretty good - several cooked plus cold options. A a couple more cereal and fresh fruit options, perhaps cheese and salsa for with the eggs would be nice.
Windmill suites is showing its age. The rooms are clean. They should give the pool area more attention. There was a broken umbrella, A section of the fence was also broken and the table by the hot tub had a sticky substance on it the entire length of our stay. We’ve stayed there many times and things seem to be sagging. Also the wifi is very poor I complain every time I stay there. Don’t stay there if you’re planning on a working stay.
The bed was very comfortable and our room was nice. The breakfast was not eatable though. The neither waffle maker worked and the cooked breakfast was not very good. The front desk was very nice, the breakfast staff was a little rude. ||We stayed there because we were visiting GCU campus. It was an ok commute back and forth. Lots of restaurant choices near by.
Love the room and location. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff at the desk was so friendly and accommodating. However the lady who runs breakfast just seems like she hates her job and was rude. Three days straight. That was very disappointing. Everything else was great!
