There is no point to even have this as a Medical service. What's the point of the help desk or nurses if no one is going to answer at all when I'm the only caller calling.
People are always nice and everything seems to run efficiently. The pharmacy is quick as well.
I have enjoyed being seen at this clinic until the last 6-8 months or so. I never had an issue reaching clinic staff or making an appointment. However, the past few times I've attempted to make an appointment, no schedules are available to pull from and no one, I mean no one, no option at the phone number listed answers. I've left four messages over a week and no phone calls back. I'm not sure what's happened, but it's a shame that it doesn't seem as though it's possible to receive care.
Wow. Wow. Wow. Never in my so far short life have I had an experience quite like this. I love medical care and I also support the troops. I have sacrificed a lot for this nation and Im glad that I get the privilege of calling this fine. Fine. Fine establishment in which resides in the same place I do, that being JBLM. I cannot express my love towards medical and the care it provides medically. Thank god thank Obama and thank this fine nation. Amen
I’ve had nothing but pleasant to good experiences here. I’m not too sure why ratings are so low. Receptionists have actually gone out of their way to help me in some cases. I’ve come here for a wide array of services and besides sometimes waiting a little too long in the patient waiting room, have nothing to really complain about!
They aren't good. Most the providers I've had during my time here have been absolutely atrocious, with very few exceptions. Most of the receptionist are not helpful and rude. My injuries have never been taken seriously and even worse, my providers haven't documented everything either. This is something that should be taken more serious, but probably will never be fixed.
Pretty typical military service: Calls are never answered or returned (you will save time by walking in to speak with anyone), and desk folks tend to be snippy with their customers.
Folks in the Lab, Pharmacy, and Xray are usually friendly, helpful, and actually professional.
This clinic does not deserve a good review. There was only one nurse who was nice out of the entire staff. The rest of them were very rude and unprofessional. My stepson had said hello to one of the male nurses who in return told him to shut up. My youngest daughter is still a year old, and she was crying because she was sleepy and in an unfamiliar place. Lisa Olsen, the doctor, told me that she "would see the bad one last". Because my one year old was crying, she told me I needed to learn how to discipline my children. Then, she asked me why my oldest daughter had a different last name since she would be considered the middle child. She told me it was "unusual" and was assumptive about it. I told her that both my husband and I were previously married, and now, we have a blended family. I felt like I needed to defend myself when I did nothing wrong, and it was none of her business. She also told my husband that we should not have my stepson because a child should be with his mother, and that was also none of her business since she did not know the circumstances. When she finally decided to see my youngest daughter, she was rude to her. I realized I needed to change my daughter's diaper so I asked Dr. Olsen to give me a moment, and she told me no because she was "almost done". The worst part is that I have to call the clinic directly to change the PCM. I am glad I finally found the name of this place to write this review. This was the worst way to welcome a family who had just moved here. It seems like civilian healthcare is better.
