Best WLM Reviews
Great service. Many menu options, including Thai and other flavor- influenced options. Recommend Hot and Sour soup and Chef Specialties.
Sadly, my take out order was not good. I had a broccoli and shrimp lunch dish which was mainly broccoli with only 5 shrimp with no flavor, not even salt in the “white sauce”. The fried rice was dry and it did not taste fresh. It was disappointing. I’m not coming back…
Honey Cashew Chicken is love. Honey Cashew Chicken is life. If chicken and dessert had a baby, it would be HCC. I know that sounds weird, but it’s the literal best thing ever. Even cold, fresh out of the fridge, next day leftover HCC is delicious. Get it.
DO NOT order from here unless you would like DRY, disgusting food. Ordered for carry out, as I am still trying to find a good Chinese carry-out restaurant in Columbus. I ordered the Sizzling Noodles with chicken, beef, shrimp stir fried with vegetables in brown sauce, which was described as, "Thick egg noodles served on a hot skillet". I was so excited to find a great Asian noodle dish. Absolutely not. This was fried, burnt, dried out spaghetti with the "sauce" and meat served on the side. It looked like soup served with a side of dried out noodles. Obviously was not expecting much since it is never as good as in the restaurant, but I thought it would be like lo mein, where it is all served together, but this was unacceptable. I also got a side of fried rice just to try. This was the driest, blandest fried rice I have ever tasted. I am so disappointed, as the reviews were great and the pictures looked yummy, but looks like another Chinese restaurant bites the dust.
Worst Chinese food EVER. Food was delivered hot. The pork lo mein and the sweet and sour chicken tasted like it was fried in week old oil. The fried and white rice tasted the same. The crab wraps (crab rangoon) had zero, literally 0 crab. Tasted like the same old oil as everything else. $72.00 for delivery and was all thrown away. Save your money or at least spend it at a good Chinese resteraunt. May I suggest Ding Ho.
My husband and I went there for the first time, for our anniversary. Atmosphere/decor is nice. Service was good, but the food wasn't. I ordered the war su gai, hot-n-sour soup and egg roll. He ordered the sesame beef and a hot-n-sour soup. Soup was too sweet and barely any kick to it. My egg roll was old, rubbery and tasted like it was under a heat lamp for hours. The entree wasn't bad, although for me, war su gai should have crushed peanuts on it, or at least a side cup of em. My husband said the sesame beef was on the verge of burnt. His fried rice looked "off," as well. Price wasn't bad. When lady came over to give out bill, she flung two fortune cookies onto the table, like ping pong balls. Kinda rude. I'd give it one more try, because I know sometimes a certain cook can screw stuff up, etc., but beyond that, I wouldn't go again if 2nd time around sucks.
Well, the service was good… The atmosphere is good… The crab cake was decent after that everything went downhill. The egg roll was very bland. No seasoning inside and I had chicken and broccoli which had no seasoning whatsoever. One of the easiest things to prepare so there’s no excuse!… Don’t know where they get a 4.1 review rating definitely not warranted!… Can’t say I recommend this place!
My wife and I stopped by here for the first time this weekend and the food we had was excellent. We started off with potstickers which were thicker and more dumpling like than I've had before, but we found that we actually preferred them that way. My wife had the house Pad Thai which was fantastic, and I had the honey cashew chicken. I will DEFINITELY be ordering that again. It was the best I've had in a long time.
