All staff was very friendly and attentive. Place was right on the water and we watched sea lions play from our table.
We sat at the very first table elevated above the others and had a great view.
Food was ridiculously fresh and fantastic.
Drinks are top notch as well. A great place to have a delicious meal at a leisurely pace to enjoy the sunset.
Enjoyed some ceviche and sliders while watching the view in Dana point. This place is at the south end of the harbor near some charter boat vessels. There were many people going on group tours. It was difficult to find a parking spot so it was good to see that they’re building a new parking building close to the restaurant.
Atmosphere and scenery was amazing and very picturesque. It's located pretty much on the water and next to a marina. If you get a table by the window, you can see seals swimming by and boats going to and from the marina.
The service was good and the food was ok. We had the Calamari appetizer. It was a bit overcooked and on the rubbery side. If you've been to a Maggiano's, and had their Calamari, then these won't even measure up to them!! You can easily get better Calamari elsewhere. The fish and chips were good with light on batter (so well executed). We ordered the Key lime pie and crembruilee. The key lime pie was excellent! However, the crembruilee was overcooked and on the gritty side -- so, I can't recommend it unfortunately. Overall the place was ok.
Our Christmas celebration at Wind&Sea was memorable. Located near the harbor, it offers a pleasant view and a romantic atmosphere, especially during dinner. The food was impressive, and the staff was friendly. We took a romantic stroll after dinner, and we plan to return when we visit Dana Point again!
The meal and service were both of high quality. The views of the harbor were aesthetically pleasing. My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves. It was my daughter's birthday, and the service provided for that occasion was exceptional.
Oceanside table next to the window was a fantastic ambience. Really nice waitress that took care of us. Enjoyed the Pinot Noir and Alaskan Halibut. Great little seafood place in Dana Point
Nice place, really rough (weekend) parking.
With reservations, we were quickly seated at a “waterfront” table…nice view.
We ordered the fish (cod) and chips. 3 pieces of fish, fries,and a large scoop of coleslaw. Good fish, slightly greasy batter…good crispy fries…fresh coleslaw.
Service was OK, not a lot of attention paid by server.

Large, American-style restaurant located in the middle of Dana Point Harbor. There are several parking lots available in the surrounding areas, but they can get pretty busy on warm, sunny weekends.
Can't beat the location - they have indoor/outdoor seating with views overlooking the marina and harbor...but that's it. Menu is small and underwhelming, food and service is mediocre, portions are small, and prices are high!
I left here hungry!
