I needed a getaway for some self care and peace and this was the perfect atmosphere for me to accomplish this. I had a fun time in the casino (didn’t win any money) just playing games. My room was so clean and peaceful. I actually had a very good night’s sleep for the first in a while. Will definitely be doing this again when the time allows.
Noah at registration was particularly helpful during my stay when I needed help a couple of times. I completely enjoyed the room which was very comfortable and clean. Had some fun on the gaming floor and really enjoyed the food. Definitely a good place to go and enjoy yourself and relax.
Love this place. The food service is fast and good. Room service was fast and delicious as well. The staff were all very attentive. The room was clean and very nice. I left with a little money in my pocket and a smile. The only complaint I have is that the rooms are pricey.
We were pleasantly surprised. Casino/hotel was very nice. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Stayed in a corner suite with balcony and great view of the Coosa River. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and professional, from the valet, buffet, player services etc. 4 hour drive from our home but we will be back.
Enjoyed the new renovation on the riverside dining with Lucy as our waitress. She is awesome ????????. A couple of bad attitudes with the other dining staff. our room was very nice. The bed was worn, needs replacing. We won money but lost it as fast as we won it this time ???? this place was very packed people seam to be more on edge this time. Hopefully next trip will be a better experience. Always look forward to coming here. Cayden in valet was very pleasant. Front desk clerks were very helpful in finding us the best room.
I love to visit this casino and play the games. I have been several times and it is always clean at the games, in the bathrooms, and at the drink stations. I order the onion rings from the deli and they are delicious and the wait is never a long time.

Comfortable beds, hot showers, great restaurant breakfast, free valet parking is so appreciated. Everything is clean! I love the coffee! So friendly. We love staying here and we are glad we booked this hotel.
My daughter and I enjoyed a marvelous two-night stay! The check-in staff were great, and the bell hop was friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered promptly, and the beds were comfortable with an adequate supply of linen.
