I brought a friend that had never stayed in Montgomery and even though my check in was smooth as always the lady at the desk told us that her room was not ready that she would be in. It was adjoining with mine. The lady at the desk called her when the room was ready then tells her someone else got the room. She went from the room next to us to a different floor. I didn’t understand that either. We were given the room number and everything ! We even talked to the maid that was close to our room and she said the room had been cleaned and it was ready. That was her first impression of Montgomery. BAD ! It went downhill from there for her. I’m not sure she will come back to WC Montgomery. She had lots of problems with her stay.
I had a great time ! Everyone is so friendly ! The room was clean, the food at BB King was wonderful !!!
I ❤️❤️❤️ staying at the Montgomery location… We always get the same Housekeeping Rep, Yvonne. She is so sweet, so professional and so so attentive. She’s a keeper!!
The check in agents are ALWAYS happy and greet you with a smile and make eye contacts, while dealing with you.
Honestly, I can say all of the staff at this location have been professional and friendly.
My favorite getaway…
I had a great time at Wind Creek Montgomery. I came there to rest and relax. The accommodations were excellent. The beds were so comfortable. I had planned to nap, get up, and go to the casino around midnight. I didn't wake up until the following day. I ordered room service. It was great, both the food and service. I think that the lady assisting was named Karen. So polite and helpful.
The locatiuon is auctully perfect its just that it takes 2 hgours foi me to get there. i love the drive and the casino makes it well worth the wait. The customer service iwas awesome and i will say thet have some very beautiful woman that work there. The employees ARE VERY HELPFULL. took me no time to get in there and stary having some fun. Heck it too no time for me to go in and lose 100$ but by the end came out 2600$ up, so i cant compain. check it out and let me know what you think,
Thus casino use to be very clean, this time it wasn’t as clean, stains were around the box mattress hallways where dirty and was in need of a vacuum all weekend. Really enjoyed the bb-king restaurant food and entertainment was fantastic.

She's always the best person for service for everything we have ask for. She's very friendly and great smile.
No matter what is going on she's still have big smile on her face.
Before Covid you could come here and have a good time .. and this is at all the wind creek properties. You could go broke they gave you free play and you win it back. NOW .. it’s nothing games don’t pay nothing I’m done
If you're thinking about working here, just a heads up - they might give the job to someone else without even giving you a heads up. They'll have you drive all the way to Wind Creek, only to find out they hired someone else for the position you were supposed to interview for. It's important to have a backup plan. I won't name names, but someone knows who they are. And then they'll tell you, people get hired at Wind Creek but don't stick around for long. So, just keep that in mind if you're considering working there.
