Best WLM Reviews

Honestly, I had a really nice time for three days at wind Creek. The room was absolutely required and nicely appointed. The bet was very comfortable. The people were wonderful, friendly and the service was great. As someone religion, Manhattan, it wasn’t difficult to get you, but it was tedious. I don’t drive so I had to take a bus which is no big deal but the bus made several stops along the way and we could’ve been an hour and a half took 2 1/2 hours plus there’s only one bus per day, so that kind of limits your flexibility and getting there and leaving Accessibility aside because she myself was a very pleasant experience and I recommended to anyone who is in the area
We came to town for our sons graduation that happened to be over Mother's Day weekend. We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel & Casino. I even won 1k from just playing on the slot machines for a few hours. I also learned about playing on the free online casino, and I was able to earn about $30 in free hotel food credits. The room rates were fair, and the staff were friendly. If we find ourselves out here again, we will definitely come back.
This review is about the Casino only. This casino is negligent and in violation of the American Disability Act. My family and I went to the casino to celebrate my Dad's birthday. My daughter entered the casino without being asked for I.D. She was 10 days away from being 21. We went directly to the food court and the outlets and remained there (all visible on their cameras). In order to get to the parking garage, we needed to walk through the casino. My daughter was stopped and was not allowed to go through, not even with a security escort. The security guard was rude and insisted that we go out the outlet doors through the parking lot. He did not have any consideration that there were 3 disabled people with us. After I complained about being in violation of the American Disability Act, a security personnel, Brendan, comes to talk to us. He did provide us with wheelchairs and an easier way to leave the casino. He also put $100 on our gaming cards. Two weeks later, I receive a citation/summons in the mail to pay a fine for $202. Apparently, this casino was fined and is passing their mistake and negligence on to us. If their employees had done their jobs, we would not be in this mess. Unless this situation is somehow rectified, I will NOT be attending this casino ever again nor will my family or friends.
We went to see the Temptations. Wind Creek did a fabulous job managing a huge crowd of people. There were people to guide us through every step as we made our way to our seats. Good views all over. Great sound system. The show was fabulous. All the old classic songs, perfectly re-created. We had a ball!
Their new player rewards are amazing. Got lots of free slot play. Hotel is beautiful and we stayed in a room in the north tower which was really nice. Had dinner at urban table and breakfast at steelworks restaurant. Both restaurants were excellent. Casino is fun.
I did not stay in the rooms since I was there for a conference. The staff were attentive. Sound system can be somewhat better. But it was comfortable, a little cold and ac was then turned down. Overall a professional area with attentive staff. Great place to host these events.
Room was clean and modern, but the toilet didn’t flush properly and the air conditioner didn’t work adequately the first night we stayed. Everything was great in the room the second time we stayed there. The reception was very quick and friendly. The casino large, a lot of the same type of winning machines. Bands are always a very nice touch. Casino Happy hour drink prices great. Good food in the food court and late hours were a bonus. Casino card a must as there were many Promotions for free play.
Went for a concert. After, went to the casino, played craps for an hour, then was harassed by security and accused if being intoxicated. Did not have one drink in the casino, probably because of the lack of service. However. I told him I had not been drinking and there was a mistake. The table was hot and they were continuing to accuse and harass me. I asked for proof or evidence of their accusations and they had none. I offered to leave when my roll was completed. They followed me to the cages to cash in my chips and followed me to the exit, and then followed me into the parking lot calling to me as I walked to my car. Another security guard headed me off at the other end and continued to accuse and harass me and they threatened to call the police and told me if I left they would report me and give them my license plate and I would be pulled over. So I said call the police right now. They did, an officer showed up with no breathalyzer. We waited for his captain who showed up with 3 more cop cars and 4 more police officers. They were all polite and friendly. I bet them I would blow a zero and the whole situation was ridiculous. Blew a 0.019, which is as close to zero as possible. Ruined what could have been a great night. Will never go back there again. And apparently this has happened before. Don't risk having your rights infringed upon, plenty of other places to go see shows with a hotel and casino.
