This is a beautiful, very clean facility. We had a king room and walk-in shower. Very nice and convenient for persons with special needs. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful.
BTW, check-in was a breeze. Courtney was very pleasant. Very helpful!
And the casino is huge-lots of choices and a lot of fun. They have something going on every day.
We ate at the MARKET (buffet) and the food was very good. Friendly staff.
Stay at Wind Creek~you won’t regret it! Thank you to everyone we came in contact with. ????
I come pretty frequently during hunting season while my husband hunts. I always enjoy their spa- so gorgeous! The rooms are nicely renovated. This past weekend, my friend and I visited, and we LOVED Candace and Jay at the center bar. They provided excellent service and had us laughing the whole time. They really made our visit! We also ate at Fire and enjoyed the food and service there. Will definitely be back.
Took my wife for a three day weekend for her birthday. The rooms were upgraded and fantastic. Too my surprise and my wife’s, there were flowers, balloons, and a cake waiting on her in the room. Thanks Samantha Miller for that. You’re the best.
The only set back or down part of the trip was the Fire restaurant, service and food were really down. I’ll leave it at that. Plenty of room for improvement there.
Fun, super clean, employees are very friendly. The rooms are spacious and accommodating. My only issue is with the showers, while they are large and roomy, they are very much open and the water wasn't as hot as I would have liked. And there is no options for tubs. But overall it is wonderful. This was our 2nd stay. We will be back!
Was greeted by the darling Bonnie at the front desk. She’s always charming. Love the view from our room and the rooms are remodeled so they’re very classy looking. All of the staff is friendly especially in the Marketplace Buffet. And if you haven’t done the cooking class you’re missing out on a wonderful experience!
Beautiful property. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Everyone we encountered were very nice. The only problem that I could see was the smoking area is not as clean as the rest of the property and people are just sitting at machines smoking and not playing.
The suites are spacious, gorgeous, and modernly updated. We stayed on the side overlooking the pool and it was nice. Although pricey I would say the room was worth the price. Room service (breakfast specifically) was hot, tasty, and flavorful. The actual resort had plenty to do and still managed to be easily walkable. Good variety and amount of slot machines. The food court/buffet is a cool concept with a nice variety of food options. One note of improvement would be the elevators which are carpeted. They need to be steam cleaned because they are dirty and have a bad smell to them.
Room was very nice. The front desk lady Debbie was extremely helpful and nice. The casino was overall fun.
The restaurant Fire was terrible. The chairs are falling apart and unraveling. The steak had absolutely no taste. For it to be a “premium” restaurant it leaves a lot to be desired. They bring out Hawaiian rolls and say it’s some kind of Japanese bread. Our server was so overwhelmed because every table around us was complaining because the food was not good at all.
The I would go back to the Casino and stay again but will never eat at Fire again. Not worth the 200$ bill at all!!
