Doctor was awful. Seemed distracted the entire time, and shrugged off most of the symptoms I described. Didn't look at me in the eyes once. Prescribed me a bunch of random medicine after looking at me for less than 5 minutes.
Lousy customer service. The practice is mostly walk in service and they do not follow an order of arrival. I was terribly offended by their servicing someone else who came in after me. I left and went elsewhere. You would think that they would understand how important customer service is here in this country. They evidently felt it was okay to treat certain people differently as we live under a caste system here. Thumbs down on this one!
the staff was quite nasty with patients during reception as they LOUDLY discussed a patients personal information in quite a raised voice. I understand rough days but HIPPA exists on ALL days. Then for myself I went to leave due to a time constraint, figured I’d return at a later time.. it seemed to be a huge annoyance for them. I was respectful and polite, didn’t complain as I understood they were busy.I wouldn’t return because of how the experience went but I tried taking my documentation back and they said it was useless to me that they would keep it even after multiple times that I would take it…Now I have to experience this miserable place twice because they kept my paperwork. I’d give a negative rating if possible. Place actually was a joke. ???? I’ll be back… unfortunately.
Crazy, walking into a place a asking if they have a doctor on-site! Them confirming that they do and then being turned away because it's to close to 5pm after pleading that it may be a medical emergency.
This is exactly how I was treated!
Fyi I was admitted to the hospital via ambulance, literally 20 mins after leaving!
No compassion for human life!
They only got one star because I couldn't give them 0 and still leave a review. Dr. was absolutely useless. Went in with stomach pains that I have had for over two weeks every time I eat. First he asked about my gallbladder but, I told him I have had that removed. Then he said he had a bunch of people in today with the same symptoms and just told me to eat a BRAT diet. No exam. No checking to see if there were any tender spots in my abdomen. Nothing. Didn't spend more then three minutes with any patient while I was there. I know because I waited almost 45 minutes and listened and timed him going from room to room. Just collecting that paycheck. NOT practicing medicine.
Took my 7 yo son in and the staff was very nice and patient. We got there at opening so cannot speak on extended wait time but I would say it is probably normal for an urgent care.
I arrived 15 minutes before open to try to be first in line. They had no explanation around a late opening but I had to sit in the parking lot until 20 minutes passed open with 4 other groups. After seeing the doctor, he was clearly rushed and had decided my diagnosis before I even got to explain my symptoms. When I tried to give more context it was brushed off. I didn't feel heard here and felt like they just needed to get me out instead of resolving my actual issue.
