Winchell's Donuts and Coffee Shop never disappoints! This was my second visit, and once again, the donuts were delicious and consistent in quality. It's the perfect spot for a quick breakfast sandwich or a sweet treat on the go. With everything you'd expect from a small donut and coffee shop, Winchell's is a reliable choice for satisfying your cravings any time of day.
Cashier plays like he doesn't speak English during a simple transaction all while his body language says it's terribly inconvenient to serve your type. I speak in Spanish. Now he doesn't understand his own language. He rings up my order and pronunciation is flawless. Well. Well. Terrible. Bigots always mess my appetite up. Never trust a bigot with your food.
Our cashiers was very friendly and the food was really good. 9/10
Cashier Stephanie S is the reason I'm switching to different locations. She never greets, always has a funky attitude, doesn't even make eye contact and overtalks the customers. Please retrain this employee I'm sure she has pushed a lot of customers away, because I have had several interactions with her up to today where I was completely thrown off by her customer service. She over charged me and I tried explaining & yet again overtalked me saying it was correct then snatched the receipt like oh and give me my change without apologizing or speaking for that matter.
That bacon, cheese and egg with spinach and Parmesan bagel was doggone delicious!!! Definitely stop by here and all of it is made fresh! Highly recommend
They told me that this donut place was the bets in the city and they were not wrong !
