I stop here and get donuts for my office. The staff is always happy and friendly. The dozen had 14 donuts today! Neighborhood is sketchy though
While I have been a regular customer
for years, I'm disappointed with the recent decline in food quality at this establishment. Today, I was utterly disgusted when, halfway through my sandwich, I discovered that the egg inside was gray and appeared rotten. The people are really nice, but the food quality is below par.
I went into the Donut shop and I encountered this amazing worker named Evelyn, she was so nice and straightforward. I was having a stressful day and she managed to change that by being nice. I ordered a turkey Avocado and It was one of the best sandwiches that I’ve ever had which made my day better.
Had never been in this location. Ana helped me promptly and nicely. Donut was perfect, and the place was clean despite the outside area around the corner mall can be rather seedy.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I WENT YESTERDAY GOT TWO DOUGHNUTS AND A WATER BOTTLE. GAVE THE MAN $20 MY ORDER WAS $5 AND SOME CHANGE GOT TO THE TRAIN STATION AND REALIZED I DIDN'T GET MY CHANGE CALL BACK TO THE STORE AND WAS TOLD MY MONEY WAS FAKE ???? AND THEN TOLD TO CALL BACK TODAY TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER WHO WAS RUDE AND TOLD ME THAT I NEED A RECIEPT WHICH I DIDN'T GET SO BASICALLY THEY STOLE MY CHANGE IT'S ALL GOOD THO I'LL NEVER DO WINCHELLS AGAIN. PLUS I'M IN LA SO IT'S PLENTY OF QUALITY SPOTS TO GET GOURMET TREATS
The nastiest donut holes I've ever had. Not only were they dry and crumbling with the slightest touch but they all tasted like WAX. I feel like I just ate a candle.
This has to be extremely old because the outside of the donut hole began to separate from the inside of the donut hole. Moisture seemed to have gotten inside as well because they were moist in certain areas.
Y'all really out there selling things that can make people sick.
The donuts are fantastic! We had some last, before bed, and I immediately regretted not getting a bottle of milk. We had a sugar, chocolate glaze, and a croissant. Delicious! The chocolate glaze had a perfect sweetness and the dough was fluffy and chewy. Incredible. I had never had a doughnut like this and I eat a lot of them. The sugar covered doughnut was also delicious with their same consistency. The croissant had a nice glaze on it and was very buttery chewiness to it. I can't wait to try the breakfast sandwiches!
Edit: I went back for the strawberry cheese cake pastry and that has the consistency of the croissant with a delicious filling!! ????????????????I'm addicted!! I can't wait to go back to LAX!!
Not what they used to be. Very un happy employees working. Not mean just unengaged with the customer.
