If you dont speak Spanish they will cater to Spanish speakers before you. Absolutely unacceptable. I wrote a letter to their corporate office aswell. Youll prolly notice that many of the good reviews are from Spanish speakers. And NO im not just having a bad day or some other non involved issue. I wanted to get 2 dozen donuts and now i have to go to yum yum donuts and spend more money, BUT AT LEAST I WONT BE IGNORED OR TREATED DIFFERENTLY BECAUSE YO NO HABLE ESPANOL EN LA PRIMERA.
Always enjoy my Black Forest Ham bagel. It’s fire and never fails to hit the spot. The vanilla iced coffee pretty good too.
The coffee was so bad it almost killed me. Service was also bad was there early in the morning and there was only one lady working. Atmosphere is something even worse homeless everywhere
Literally went to a concert on the otherside of the block in the middle of the night. Got stuck in LA due to transportation issues and I had to stay up all night with my other buddies to wait for the next bus. This shop let us stay. May Lord Jesus Christ bless these people and their business.
9:40am younger skinny girl working the counter excellent customer service and attitude. Didn't catch her name. This is a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood and majority speak Spanish but this girl spoke excellent english. It's employees like her that bring me back to a business. Ordered egg n cheese with avocado and they made the bagel sandwich exactly the way I like it. Add fresh green juice and breakfast is complete.
All I can say is Yummy!!!
