Staff is courteous, place is clean and smells fresh.
It isa relaxing and safe environment to dime in, however,all the Winchell's I have been to has no rest room for customers. I don't like that
The sandwiches are so gooddd , but when it comes to the iced coffee they are super stingy with the caramel, i tried my iced coffee and it tasted like pure coffee she told me that it’s not going to taste exactly like caramel and i asked for some more and i got charged $1.50 jus for it to have one hint of caramel . this is the only location i have that problem with.
Don't even order here if you don't know Spanish. I had to use Google translate to communicate with the cashiers. I ordered a tuna croissant sandwhich with everything on it , a bag of chips and a drink. For 18 dollars it wasn't worth it ????????
After watching the poor girl scrape the burnt part off of the bagel for 5 minutes I could not bring myself to having her make another. Where is the quality control these days?! On a better note the coconut donut was decent.
The lady in the cashier was very negligent. She attended me at the register then walked away, as well as didn't give me the receipt. Gave me an expired vitamin water . When I forgot some donuts she wanted to charge me for 6 when I asked for 4. Never coming back
The pmace has been there for so long, and when you go inside, it looks so clean. Whoever is in charge of this store is doing an excellent job. ????
Great place there's always parking and not too busy and amazing service from the staff. Love the iced coffee especially the vanilla and the banana muffin.
Go every 3 days for the ham and cheese croissants and get my wife some bagels and breads for her work crew. Consistancy is what I like.
Everyone that works here have been the best workers BUT recently came again and the big lady named Miriam medrano had the biggest attitude because I dodnt know the breads names that I wanted. I ordered half a dozen donuts and half a dozen breads, total of $24. Some paisa guy told me under his breath nodding his head "eso no sta bien". Straight b word and i work down the street and all my buddy's come here. Il see her again.
