Yea pretty sure these guys are racist. Because I went in there for coffee and donuts and was the only white, not Hispanic guy there. I watched them help every single person in there in line by the donut case including people who came in after I did, and not even talk to me when I was standing in front of the register either for about five minutes both places, and I even asked someone "why have you now helped like six people before me?" And he just shrugged and ran away.
Don't go here if you're white I guess.
Edit- just talked to two friends who had the exact same experience and don't go here if you're black either.

I had a good experience at Winchell’s. The lady who served me didn’t speak much English, but I tried to use my little Spanish to tell her what I wanted. She was very helpful and understood me well. She got me my order fast, even though the store was busy. I didn’t have to wait long at all. I got two donuts and an Oreo iced coffee. Everything was delicious and fresh. I was happy with the price too. It was reasonable for what I got. This store is doing a great job. The service is quick and friendly, and the food is tasty. I recommend it to anyone who likes donuts and coffee
They need to be more Organized! I order two bagels and other customer after me we're getting breakfast sandwiches and got there's before I got mine then the lady was asking the other coworkers who or what bagels these were I had to speak up because nobody knew if not my bagels will still be sitting there.
The donuts and sandwiches are awesome. Often, there a few individuals begging for money.
But the service is the greatest problem here because there are only a few employees who speak or understand English. We've gotten very good service from the manager, who understands the customers. But unless you point to the item, you're liable to get the wrong order.
Normally l order a tuna sandwich, always very good, but this time l ordered donuts, they were very hard,harder then a rock she put in the microwave to make it soft, actually it made worst, seems like the boss was not in that day?
Viejas wevonas !! They dont like picking up the phone and when they do they act like they take your order. You show up umm im sorry your sandwich is not ready . I happens all the time .
Repod a car around the corner stopped here to strap it up around 5 AM. Good and fresh donuts. Had a couple homeless guys inside hanging out. One was right by the door as I entered. No big deal. Got my donuts and left
