I got a ham & cheese definitely hit the spot!! l loved the customer service, lovely cashier helping out 10+ people moving the line pretty fast she was very efficient. She was working morning shift on saturday!
The workers in this establishment are either unprofessional or something negative about them, either the owner hire new workers or retrain them the ones there now, I am not in support of firing people but at least they should understand basic English. I have to pay for two items now because I am a gentleman, and I don't like humiliating workers or correcting them multiple times. Please address these issues so that there will be no problem next time.
I have several concerns regarding the service at your establishment. Firstly, I have noticed that in the mornings, some staff members display a negative attitude towards customers, often appearing visibly upset. Additionally, when asked a simple question about a product, such as a donut, the responses are sometimes accompanied by unprofessional comments and a poor attitude.
Furthermore, during a recent visit, I requested an additional charge for an item, and the staff member handling my transaction threw my card and receipt onto the desk, which I found to be highly inappropriate and disrespectful.
I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to improve the overall customer experience.

This Winchell's is poor service nthe donut they different front other Winchell's and I order 4 beagles with rancheros n went I get home they only put me 2 n I pay for 4 really bad service
Where is down memory lane haven't had a Bluetooth in there was a little kid 50 years old. The chocolate custard the glazed jelly. All memories of my childhood.

They had a great selection of donuts but I was VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED with the behavior of the manager there named Sonia. The young lady who rang my order was having issues with using my metal debit card. She originally put the card in backwards and then she proceeded to swipe the card. She then put the card in the correct way but the machine couldn't read it. Sonia came over and attempted to help. Which I thought she did because the register's screen displayed the question on whether I wanted my receipt or if I wanted to get it via email or text. Before I could make my selection the girl pulled my card out. And the screen went to the original display. Sonia said very loudly your card declined. I explained to her I just saw the receipt screen and she very loudly said it declined. She had such a condescending attitude. I asked that I check my account to make sure I hadn't been charged and again with an attitude she said it declined. The young girl at the register had to explain to her that all I wanted to was check that hadn't already been charged. I checked it was fine and I had plenty of money in my account for the $9. I gave them another form of payment, which was a plastic card and it went through with no problem. As I left the lady who was being rang up at the register next to me commented that she couldn't believe how rude Sonia was. I will not return to this store. I honestly believe that Sonia had a preconceived opinion that since I was black, I may not have any money. Shame on you Sonia!
