The employees don't even know the menu, and it's not hate but one of the employees doesn't understand Spanish so she was telling "no" to everyone, I asked for "SantaFe sandwich" and it was pure cold it was not baked how they said, my daughter asked for an "asada torta" and it was full tomatoes barely meat and just pure tomatoes, the store is very very dirty from inside out and it smells really bad, the employees don't have a good attitude they are very rude, tables dirty in general this store doesn't work.
My mom loved the donuts I got her for her bday! Fresh & delicious (we ordered in the morning) also, we picked the mixed box version online & we don't get to pick the donuts so we were glad when we received a box with some good picks & variety & not just what doesn't sell (which has happened before at a different donut shop) Thumbs up
I bought an iced coffee and a bagel from this place and the female worker messed it up. The coffee tasted like water and she didn’t even put cream cheese on my bagel. She was too distracted by the male construction workers
Disgusting!!!! Right when i was going in for my second bite on my coffee cake i noticed there was a cockroach. I do not understand how the lady that helped didn’t notice!! Never in my life have i had this happen! It is so disgusting!! Im not even drinking the hot chocolate i got as well because now i see how dirty that place is!!
Tatiana who’s name is the person that took my order was so unprofessional. I took out my new bank card to activate it like I’ve done in the pass. The girl was out loud when she said my card had no funds. So I asked her to not say it out loud. I new I had hands in my account. So as a good costemer service she should know to be more professional. Then after I asked her not to say it out loud she was so rude by saying that’s what the note in the register said. Like wow that’s not how you respond right. At least oh for the record will do so. But she really started an argument and I went ahead and told her off. Then she went off at me. And her manger was just next to her saying nothing. I’m so sorry but this is not the place to get into it. I’m not trying to start an argument. But if someone asks you not to go out loud with personal information. Respect I really don’t like to come to this place because they really don’t pay attention to what you want so we really need to make sure our order is correct. It’s like if they are zoomed out. If I come here I know I need to have patience and I do but this is a bad costemer service place.

I will never knew that my own people could be prejudice agains me because my Spanish needs work???? . The ladies delayed my order and my bacon and egg does not look like the advertised. Winchells please dont wonder why your sales are meager ????
Disappointed, today is March 1, 2018. Cheese cake also sold when it's old, can't eat with a spoon/fork, it has a hard layer on outside.Hire a lot of females that Do NOT speak nor understand English. Weird business.. They only higher one race..so I go in about 3:15p, there is still about 10 more out dated and just left them to sale. They didn't even look at or take out the outdated milk..
