Lowkey this place is kinda racist if you’re anything but Mexican. They will treat the customers that they like ahead of you great and they’re laughing, joking, etc. Then you walk up and they’re short, rude, and act like they want you out of their sight asap. Out of every employee, there are maybe like two nice respectful employees. The rest need retraining. Bagels are 50/50 with freshness but good when they’re fresh. Sometimes the doughnuts are crispy and practically dripping in oil and grease. Went in for a small coffee today, which takes 30 seconds to pour and send me on my way, but they helped all the other customers first and made me wait for over 10 minutes, had to leave so I wasn’t late for work. Anything and everything with vanilla custard always tastes strongly of banana. Coffee is alright. Hella mid. Still will return frequently ????
I have been there 2 times. One, I had a bad experience with a dry product, but hey, let me try again. So today, I got 3 different donuts. And after 1/3 of the way, I wanted to vomit. The dough is shocking in oil, like a deep fried chicken cooked in old and cold oil. Save your time and money.
The service is so bad. I waited half an hour for the lady to take my order since she was working all by herself, I told her “when are you gonna take my order?” she said “I’ll be right with you” a few seconds later not even a minute another customer comes up to her and takes their order??????? Which was a huge order compared to what I was getting. Where are all the other employees?? I just walked out that door lol
Had a late night craving for a snack and since it’s open 24hrs, this was my best option. I had a bagel sandwich, the gentleman working overnight was kind enough to let me customize a sandwich. Service was quick and food was great. My sandwich was made with care and attention and the overnight gentleman was very nice. The area is not the greatest, and the facility could use a little bit of a renovation, but overall it’s not a bad place for a 24hr spot.
Open 24 hours! Good sugar French crullers, classic colorful donuts and minis, plus donut holes, other pastries and inventive sandwiches.

My boyfriend wanted to get some donuts from Winchell's so we came to this location and as we were waiting in line, we spotted a baby cockroach crawling over the donuts. ???? Get your donuts here at your own risk.
Food is good but cashier short lady in graveyard shift rude no customer service skills ...don't even have soda or clean tables and have an attitude just if you ask for a cup of water and gives you nasty dark tap water ????
I went there early in the morning. And there is in the showcase, looks sooo delicious sweets so many choices, even I went there too early in the morning, they are ready to welcome for serve customers, I like how workers prepare work like that. And smell so good! Then why isn't 5 stars? Because it was my first time I stopped by for someone else, and homeless ppls keep asking me for change over and over even I gave it to them what I had it all. If I go to the area again, I'll definitely stop by.
