Just went to try my luck with roulette cause I watched a few YouTube videos ????
Lost $30 but got out pretty fast lol
Staff was super helpful & I got $10 on the house to play slots while I waited for the table to open up. The front desk lady was super friendly. They put my helmet away for me so I didn't have to lug it around. The Roulette dealer was really nice and took the time to make sure I understood the game.
Free non-alcoholic drinks while you play.
Overall, it was a great experience, even at a loss.
Very quite and comfortable room with a Very nice bed. We would stay here again! The super nachos in the restaurant was great! They had so many great choices on the menu. Great place to watch football too.
What a great stopover for an evenings rest. The camping/parking area had full service! It was quiet and secure. The casino gave out a $15 voucher for food/gambling for registering for the night. Restaurant was good and inexpensive. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Overall it's a good place to stop over. One thing we liked was the selection of older games in the back room, it would be nice if they added even more since the other casinos are getting rid of theirs. The games in the main casino are ok but pretty much the same thing as everyone else has. If we go there again it would be for the old games.
The room was nice but there seemed to be no way to adjust the fan speed lower on the heater/ac so it was kinda loud. We had a disabled room and the bed was a little taller than normal making harder for someone who was in a wheelchair to get on the bed.
We didn't use the pool but it looked nice and many casinos that size don't have a pool. Food was good and they had a limited menu available until 1:30am.
They didn't have any self service beverage stations like everyone else has and it would be nice if the added some. Also they seem to have no EV charging there most the other I5 casinos do.
The only reason I'm putting two stars is because I've never stayed in their rooms I've pretty much only lost money in the casino, I wish they did more promotions like other casinos. I mean they don't give away hardly any free play not even on your birthday.
The security is rude diss genuine and diss honest will follow you to machines & then acuse customers of sleeping at machines if you're not playing waiting on someone else to finish playing creating confrontations with customers just to kick you out of the casino & then when you defend you're self informing them u were just at the eye Dr& had you're eye dilated . They still won't apologize for there incorrectness and when you tell them to pull the video footage . They give you the excuse that only the tribal trade commission can look at it . So u're telling me if someone gets kidnapped on you're property you're employees &cops have no way to look at the footage to save the person ? Same goes for you're vehicals parked on there property if broken into Tribal police won't investigate or do anything about catching the perp. My mom would stay in the hotels on a weekly basis &we've spent lots of money here . There hotel rooms are dirty all the time with mold in shower areas . They defiantly do not treat customers with respect and the machines are tight . Maybe there attitudes will change once the tribe builds the new facility that's bigger in the future instead of security following customers around to machines they play . Untill then they've lost a lot of bussiness my family and friends won't be waisting money playing here anymore don't waist you're time not a fun experience . There machines only piss customers off other customers have told me also putting hundreds of dollars in machine never getting any bonus or pay back not one time. Thunder valley casino is worth the drive and huge lots of bars, restaurants tons of slots machines and lots of table games & return payouts are fair returns
Stayed here because it was a convenient stop on our way home 3.8 stars is a major stretch. Dated decor, super smoky casino, tightest slots ever (apparently Cali doesn’t mind indoor smoking) and absolutely the worst food I’ve ever had. The food court at 7-11 serves better. Never coming back.
Placed a silent auction bit for room here with no details just a suggested retail for voucher. We actually won the voucher and super excited. Called to schedule room and wasn't given options to choose from or anything. Upon arrival explained concern to norm at front desk as we had rooms to pick from for our voucher. He didn't care and apparently it was my responsibility to know what rooms where available for the donation that win river provided for silent action donation.. I will never stay or recommend anymore. I don't work for win river so how was I supposed to know what's included. Isn't that's where customer service comes in to inform the customer... apparently not.
