Had the most amazing mani/pedi today with Mary. Took my mother and my daughter for an afternoon treat and we were treated so well I can't wait to go back . Mary was gentle and thorough with my elderly mom, fixed a cracked nail I have had a problem with for 2 years, and gave me a perfect French manicure. My daughter was very happy with her technician also (lily or Amy) I'm not sure. All in all a great place.
UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! ????????Mary took over Natural Nails at the Westgate Plaza in Franklin NC in February 2023 and she and her family are the absolute best!!! I have been a customer of Mary’s for several years now, when she owned Win Nails at Holly Springs Plaza and also for the short time she was working for another establishment. They do a fantastic job and the service is always exceptional. They are ALWAYS very friendly, patient, professional, and accommodating. Thank you my friends at Natural Nails (Win Nails). And thank you to Miss Ana for being such a wonderful hand model today! I had to get a picture of her 4th of July nails when Mary was through with her manicure because they looked absolutely awesome!

Love this place so much, just came and got my easter nails done, took about an hour and a half which is really good time, no wait and amazingly kind and funny staff who really show they enjoy what they do.
Under new ownership/management! Lovely people. She did a nice job on my nails and it was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this salon. And the grumpy guy is gone!
Was really over charged for a basic pedicure and only gel on my nails. They charged me 70 dollars. I would have paid this in Florida for acrylic nails and pedicure not just plain gel. Would not go back here because of the over charging.
We had a 10 am appointment at natural nails as my regular nail tech was on vacation. We stood outside waiting to get in for about 10 minutes then tried calling.
After several times it turned out the owner was not there, she told me to come back at 12.
I returned and the female there was my technician.
First. She took a nail clippers and began to cut off my nails
My nails are long, and she had no reason to start cutting them off. I stopped her at which time she attempted to glue fake nails on the 3 she cut off and again I had to stop her, I don't wear fake nails.
I don't know what type of coating she put on my nails but within a few days it started breaking off.
The experience was awful, her attitude was ignorant.
My regular technician Mary from win nails will be back from vacation at which time I'm positive she will have to cut my nails and correct the damage done.
Do yourself a favor and go to a real nail shop
Where the technician knows what they are doing.
I made an appointment a week in advance. When I arrived, the gentleman greeted me and I told him I have an appointment . The place smelled bad and looked dingy. A female was on the phone, and when he directed me back, she acted annoyed and told me in a rude tone, "Go wash your hands and go pick a color!". I was sitting in the chair sideways with my feet to one the side of the water well to allow her room to do whatever needed to be done in preparation when she snapped, "Don't put your feet in the water it has to finish filling!". I was then trying to explain that I had gel polish and one acrylic partial. She ignored me and began to try to take off the existing polish with standard remover. I was trying to talk to her about it and upgrading, but she wasn't hearing me, but then said, "You want fill in?" I tried to explain to her that no, I had one acrylic and she cut me off with, "This is gel! Not acrylic.... gel!" And proceeded to talk through me when I was trying to explain what I needed. I did not even stay. I stood up and told her that she was not hearing me and that I thought she was rude and walked out barefoot. The gentleman just watched me leave. I am local, not a tourist. AlI I can do is wish them luck. Given the other reviews that I should have read first, they are going to need it.
