Best WLM Reviews

This was my first visit to the Women’s Imaging Center at Wilton Medical Arts, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Wendy, the receptionist, set a warm tone upon arrival, and the facility was spotless. One technician guided me through the breast imaging and another through the bone density exam. Both explained everything clearly, which helped ease my nerves. The entire process took about 30 minutes.
The next day, I had an issue with transferring records from my previous center. When I called Wilton Medical, Dottie promptly took charge, reached out to the necessary parties, and kept me updated. Her attentiveness made the process stress-free.
I truly appreciate the exceptional care and service provided by the entire team at the Women’s Imaging Center. I highly recommend them.
I have never written a review but after two recent visits to Urgent Care in Saratoga I felt compelled. Both times I was seen and treated by Stephanie Bull(PA). She is the shining example of excellent medical care. Pleasant, compassionate, willing to listen and thoroughly explain and focused on providing the best treatment available. Thank you to Lily(PA)for the assist. And to Marisol(Marissa) and Kelly who were quick to smile with warm, friendly dispositions. Bravo ladies, hats off to all four of you...with much appreciation!
I came to Wilton medical to resolve an ongoing allergic reaction issue. The nurses that I had were completely fine. They were very nice very friendly, but the doctor named Blair ciccarelli that came in was very rude arguing with basically himself of what he thought was going on, wouldn’t let me say I word or anything. He was VERY aggressive and judgemental. I have been coming to Wilton med in Saratoga Springs for years never have I once been treated like that!
Everyone was very friendly and the service was fast and painless. My nurse Marissa was very professional and helpful, my x-ray techs were very skilled and were great. Thanks
After reading other reviews it certainly does seem that only folks w bad experiences will post a review.
SO I’m here to say the opposite: my family and I have ALWAYS had wonderful experiences at Wilton Urgent care by Saratoga Hospital. aaThe staff is always kind and (compared to other urgent care experiences), timely. We have always felt well cared for and left in better shape. so thank you Wilton medical arts!
This was my 2nd annual low dose screening for chest cancer. Both years got me In and out in no time. They are also very pleasant.I just wanted to give them their due as they did great by me.
I do not normally write reviews but if zero was an option I would be selecting zero.
I have been to this facility many times and have always been treated with respect and dignity, until this time. This time I was here for extreme flank pain which moved to my back. The male doctor/P.A. came into the room and seemed extremely annoyed at me and said, "what can I do for you". He was so rude I said, "you seem annoyed, should I leave?" His response, " I'm fine." He barely examined me and didn't even touch where the pain was. He then ordered an x-ray of my ribs, came back and said, everything is fine. I knew everything was fine with my ribs, I was concerned about my kidney, appendix, anything other than my ribs. I have had ongoing issues but THIS pain was a new issue.
I asked if I should go to the ER. He said no, you should follow up with your primary since you've had issues for 1-2 years. I CLEARLY had told him I had never had pain like this before. I have been to more doctors and hospitals than most and I have never been treated this poorly.
He also falsified my records and I will be filing a formal complaint. Nobody, especially someone who is sick or in pain, should ever be treated like this. I left there crying and then spent 24 hours at Albany Med.
The office also has a make shift "room" in the waiting area where nurses are meeting with patients. I have no idea how this is HIPAA compliant as you can hear everything that is said. I mentioned this to one of the nurses and waited until a room was available. This could be a reason he was rude to me. ????
My husband went to Wilton Urgent Care this morning for a cough, fever, shortness of breath, and congestion. He had taken three COVID tests at home, all negative. Initially, staff at urgent care stated that he could save himself a co-pay and go purchase an OTC COVID test (after he informed them that he had taken three already). Once he was brought back to the exam room, they checked his blood pressure, oxygen, and heart rate, and swabbed him for Flu A, Flu B, COVID, and strep (all negative). Not once did they auscultate his lungs despite his initial complaint of wheezing and shortness of breath, with an audible expiratory wheeze. They remarked that he was afebrile and he informed them that he had recently taken medication for his fever. He was not tested for RSV, and although the treatment is the same (conservative measures), RSV is quite contagious! Overall a poor experience with no clinical reasoning used when assessing him. It's truly no wonder that people skip urgent care and go straight to the ER in these circumstances, because they are not taken seriously.
