Best WLM Reviews

After experiencing medical neglect at TMC we decided to come to this hospital. Never been here before. Had the best experience with every single staff person my husband and I encountered. Our RN Ashleigh was the absolute best. So sweet and you could tell she loved her job.
I seriously hate that there are so many bad experiences so I want to share mine.... it was GREAT!! From Coty in triage to Melanie my nurse and Dr James Frame is the sweetest and very efficient!!! I felt taken care of and cared for. So 5 stars Thank you all for making my visit as comfortable as possible!!!!
This is truly one of the worst hospitals I've ever been to. I was treated horribly by the nurses and staff. I was denied pain medication and told to ask the doctor myself, the nurses came in and threw away all of my food that I had saved for my son when he came to visit, the doctors were rude and didn't care about anything that was going on with me, they sent me home no better than I was when cried in there entire time I was there because I was being treated so badly and felt so bad because of the denial of pain medication, I had two nurses the entire week that I was there that treated me with respect and helped me when no one else would. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this hospital because nobody deserves to be treated the way I was or to be made to feel the way I was.
My wife was brought in and all they did were swab testing. No blood drawl or any other tests. Then told her it was a cold. No compassion or anything. They say the tests are never wrong. Some testing. She's still in pain and lethargic. We won't be coming back. Also changing doctors too. This place is a joke.
**Update** It was pneumonia and could have been deadly. I saw the chest X-ray myself and could see it was pneumonia.
TMC treated my wife the right way.
Emergency room nursing staff will hang the phone up on you. Tell you that they are on a different shift and because of that they know no information about patience from the other shifts. Very unprofessional very unbecoming behavior from adults.
DEI Doctors. Misdiagnosed me, charged me $5,000, and didn’t fix the potentially mortal problem that was causing me incredible pain. They basically accused me of drug seeking, and didn’t do anything.
TMC had it taken care of within 15 minutes, had a competent physician, and charged me $500.
Don’t ever go to Wilson Jones, unless you want to get ripped off and misdiagnosed.
Take the couple extra minutes to go to TMC, get proper treatment, and pay less for more.
The doctor I received was very rude and did not seem to care about my well being. I did not fully get his name as he did not introduce himself when he came in the room. I found out from the nurse that his name is Dr. Taylor. He wasn't a very good doctor at all and I really hope I don't get him again. He didn't even offer to refer me to a specialist for the problem I am having. I'm very sad because emergency rooms are very expensive and I'm still experiencing pain as he said he couldn't find the reason for my pain. Worst experience I've ever had at an emergency room. If you're looking for emergency treatment, Wilson and Jones emergency department isn't it.
Terrible experience from the time I walked through the door. Every encounter I had was met with rude I hate my job vibes. The doctor on duty was rude and impatient and asked what I wanted him to do like I'm a doctor. Went to TMC and received a much better experience with caring staff and got 5 star treatment.
