If this place allowed me to give zero stars, I wouldn't give it anything. They make you wait much longer than expected. I arrived on time and had to wait 45 minutes. Previously, I scheduled an appointment for a deep cleaning, which they set for three months later. When the appointment day finally arrived, I was told it had been canceled and rescheduled for a few months later. The frustration was clear on my face. Additionally, this place is unprofessional and shows no concern for your well-being or feelings, evident by their rude attitude. I recommend going here only if you want a bad experience.
I had a 1:30 appointment for this day I was called to come in early. They were able to see me get my teeth clean. And I was very happy with the service. I would recommend friends and family. They also cleaned my 2 year old teeth she was happy to get them done.
Doctor G, Is very pleasant explains everything that he's planning to do. His dental assistant was very pleasant as well. Gentle with the cleanest um, I'm very personable. I. Enjoyed my visit. I will not hesitate to return or to recommend to other customers

If you would like to wait four and a half Hours for x-rays is the place for you.
The receptionists do not know what they're doing.
I had to wait 7 months for an appointment on my very first appointment they canceled it and said they could not get a hold of me when they had three phone numbers for me. I only live an hour and 10 minutes away. Total waste of time and gas.
They had to do two sets of x-rays because they screwed the first one up
On my third visit I had my teeth cleaned that took about 4 minutes and 2 months later my teeth feel filthy. After 5 months and 7 appointments I had one filling filled and they were supposed to do two so they wanted another appointment.
It is truly a shame they should not be allowed to practice in New York state don't waste your time unless you want to wait for months and hours to get anything done.
The waiting room was gross in the bathrooms were disgusting makes me wonder how clean the exam rooms actually are.
I wish there was 0 stars for an option because this place doesn’t deserve 1 star. First off, you guys book way too many patients when you don’t have enough employees or space. Second, the dentist Michael Wilson was awful and spent maybe 8 minutes with me. I spent more time waiting in the waiting room than I did with the dentist. He didn’t even address or fix the problem. So now I’m afraid my partials are going to break again and afraid you guys won’t fix it seeing as the dentist didn’t even mention that he would. Third, I got a bill in the mail stating that an X-ray you guys preformed wasn’t covered by my dental insurance, so now I’m going to have to appeal this and pray they approve it or I’ll have to pay out of pocket. Why would you take an X-ray that wasn’t covered by my insurance? Then the icing on the cake was the dentist telling me to call the next day to schedule a cleaning, well this week I got a call stating I had to make an appointment to get cavities filled. The dentist never told me I had any cavities. Don’t go here unless you absolutely have to.
I’ve been coming here since I was a kid everything was great until it wasn’t. Every appointment I’ve came into they’ll tell me I need a root canal on one tooth and then switch it to another tooth. One of my tooth is almost at the point of decaying due to them not fixing the issue sooner. I asked for a filling when it first happened and nothing was done their concern was with another tooth that could’ve been booked for the next appointment. My teeth are messed up because of Wilson dental I’m truly unsatisfied by the dentist and staff that works there because there’s not one specific dentist who comes and work on your teeth it’s always a different one with a different option. The appointments are pushed months back with no availability. So I am in a stand still waiting and hoping my other tooth gets fixed before the same issue occurs. I’m seriously considering taking legal action due to the negligence that transpired about my teeth. I wish I never chose this place

time for your scheduled appointment. Had appointment for 330 they switched it to 1 and now I’m seating waiting pass 1
Seriously be careful with this place, hours of wait on the day of your appointment just to say they cant see me because they are short staffed, really? Lost an afternoon of work just to reschedule and this is the 3rd appointment they cancel for a filling after i check in and sit and wait. Read all the reviews they are all the same long waits appointments canceled the day of and without notice,its crazy, i dont know why this office its still running. They do not care at all about their patients not even the doctors. Do not risk your life here, place is disgusting dirty. There are better places to got to, call the insurance and look up reviews i already found a better one.
