Waiting area was full but we didn’t have to wait long. Also the technician who took the ,-ray and went over everything was awesome. She was very nice and helped us a great deal. She referred us to Rochester Memorial due to my daughter illness and reassured us that she will be in good hands. I was very pleased with our visit!

Receptionists very rude. Only wanted to look at her phone and not answer any questions you had. Doctor has no bedside manner and the dental assistant was rough and scrapping my mouth with the water remover. They didn't want to talk to you about anything or hear anything. The doctor couldn't be bothered for more then ainute after drilling a root canal left me with the assistant. This place should be shut down. It's trash. I do not recommend at all. I have been traveling an hour every time I have to go there and it's always the same. Waiting waiting waiting. Doctor only cares for a second and the assistants are rough. So something about this. People matter
Not great but not bad either, wouldn't be my first choice if I had another option dog in the room with the receptionists climbing on the desks and girls alwsy on there phones and not very welcoming, some nurse and docs are goid tho
Took my daughter there for a cleaning and a couple cavities. After waiting 2 hours, they took xrays and said to wait to be called back in. He claimed there were no cavities, and said she needed a mouth guard for grinding. Never even cleaned her teeth!! We had called prior to confirm the cleaning and cavities would be addressed. And was assured it would all be taken care of. NOPE! After 3 hours NOTHING had been done to her teeth at all.
These doctors & physicians are INCREDIBLE. I’ve had two procedures done there. The first was having all four wisdom teeth extracted & they were deep. Like, they had to cut into my jaw & everything. After that procedure, I had NO bruising on my face at all, & I had almost no pain post opp. I didn’t take any opioids or pain killers post opp either, & they healed perfectly. I just got out of my second procedure which was a root canal. My primary dentist said that she couldn’t do it & it would need to be pulled, but this dentist was able to swing it! I was so nervous, but he made sure I didn’t feel a thing, & was very thorough in explaining what was going to be done. I was extremely surprised at how quick they were too! After they waited for me to be numb, they started at 8:45am, & I was walking out at 9:10am. These guys are teeth artists & I’m so grateful they were able to help me & save my tooth. I want to transfer & make them my regular dentist. Thank you to the team! You guys are solid!
Absolutely terrible service, scheduled multiple extractions for the same day making me wait over an hour. I had gotten there at one with people saying they had been there since 10 of 11. Kept taking easier patients before those with extractions, when I asked the front desk for an estimated wait time and was only met with rude excuses from the receptionist. Go to wampsville or literally anywhere else. These people suck!!
Very unprofessional, it is safe to say, rude customer service!
No matter what there call volume is, but you will always hear, “We are experiencing high call volume!”
Very professional and good nurse and the dentist my daughter see.
The customer service need drastic improvement!
