Loved my experience here as soon as I walked in, I was greeted immediately upon entering. The ladies in the front were all helpful and very professional and pleasant. I was on my lunch doing a physical for work and they got me in and out. This will now be my go to for all urgent care needs. Britt, Riah, and Nicole deserves lots of kudos. Thanks again :)
Wilmington 1st is the best urgent care. The staff is so nice. Britt, Nicole, and Azaila were so sweet I almost forgot I was there because I didn’t feel well! Sadecka is so kind and supportive- such a great addition to the team! She went the extra step to make sure I was taken care of and Porleah was fast and knowledgeable and got right to the solution. Love this team!
I’d been having a sore throat for the past few days and decided I needed to get it checked out this morning after I dropped my child off at daycare. I was greeted when I walked in and Riah, Tara and Patra helped me register and gave me a mask. I went in around 9am and the wait was quick! Everyone there was super nice and the doctor was very sweet. I would definitely go again if I needed urgent care.
Cannot say enough great things about Wilmington 1st! Nicole, Alicia, and Riah were extremely kind and I was seen within minutes! made my experience smooth on a busy weekday!
Excellent service. Everyone was so nice especially Tara, Nicole, and Rheana. I came in and was greeted right away. I already was upset because I got turned away from Go health due to information that was not listed in the website. I was just happy to find a solution in such at convenient time.
Alicia, Rush, and Nicole were very nice. They all helped me and my daughter feel very welcomed. All were respectful and patient!
Great urgent care. I was seen within 15 min of walking in. The front staff Patra, Azalia, and Tara were very friendly and efficient getting my checked in. My physician was also very thorough.
Everyone was extremely nice and professional this was my 1st visit and when in need I will surely be back. Tara, Rheanna, and Nicole were all super helpful and patient THANKS AGAIN the community needs this! Keep up the excellent work. Dr. Phoolee I know I butchered the spelling but she was nice as well.
