This location offers outstanding customer service. The staff members that work here are incredibly compassionate and kind. In particular, Mr. Reggie is an exceptional employee who consistently has a smile on his face, no matter the time of day. He always remembers our order, even on hectic days, and makes sure to greet us with a beaming grin. Every time he serves my husband and I, we are delighted. The staff is what elevates this restaurant above its excellent food.

Quality of service was warming and overall amazing the food was amazing! Hudson is your guy for awesome Willys burrito! I had all of the veggies in my grilled chicken burrito and he managed to still roll it up nice and neat! Definitely will be returning! Was a great family environment and great overall experience!
Very disappointed with the service and food quality this time!! I ordered a chicken bowl and received the SMALLEST amount of chicken. The employees were very unhappy to be working there it seemed. There was a total of 7 full chips in my bag it wasn’t even filled half way (mind you it’s a tiny brown bag) and no salsa on the salsa bar. I’ve made willy’s my go to spot for the past few months and the past two trips have received little to no meat on my bowl, hardly any chips, and no salsa. Chipotle is just right down the road and have upped their portions recently… it’s safer just to go there at this point.
I walked into willy’s and my daughter had no idea what to order, Hudson gave her all the options she would like and made sure her bowl was to perfection. I tipped hudson some cash and he was so grateful and respectful. Definitely coming back to this location. Let me know when Hudson is scheduled again!!!
I can see why they have a world famous bit. Super fun service even with a hurricane on the way, but Hudson made sure to make us smile and get out before the rain really hit us. Amazing people, great food every time and fun atmosphere. Best fast Mexican there is.
I have been going to this location for a little over 2 years since I moved to Athens and each time is always a great experience. Reggie that works there is always so friendly and even remembers what I always get. He is definitely an asset to this location with his professionalism and kindness. The food is great and always fresh. Keep up the great work Reggie and the rest of the employees at Willy' s in Athens, Ga!
Wonderful food that blew me away tasting better than chipotle right up the street. was served by an employee named Hudson who went above and beyond in service. Overall thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Willy’s.
