Good Willy's. The owner/operator Terrance is always there and very nice. The staff is quick and easy to deal with.
Jake was great and we have been coming here every Wednesday for our weekly Bible study. They've been wonderful hosts and the kids love the food!!
We are long time customers of this Willys location and we adore the food, however, we are vegetarian and found meat/chicken in our food multiple times. If some level of care could be better put into making sure there isn’t any cross contact between the meat and the rest of the ingredients, it would really help to those who are also vegetarian or vegan.
Thank you.
Highly recommend this place otherwise to anyone wanting good Mexican food.
Update Dec’24. Down to 3 stars. The food itself is always good but they have real trouble here with cleaning. The prep line, AGAIN, was nasty - spilled ingredients all over both counters and esp in the trap area. I asked the nice teen helping me had they been busy and he said not today. So why can’t they clean as the work? My old manager would have had my head (or my job) if I’d let the prep area get so messy AND leave it that way for 45+ minutes! (It was exactly the same as when I entered 45 minutes earlier). There were even two adults on duty. Clueless.
Oct ‘24. Excellent meal- very generous servings, great guacamole and fresh chips and everything was clean. It’s not always this good/clean so today was especially good. Love the tea too.
We will unfortunately not be coming back to this location. We have given it 3 tries, and the first 2 times were probably a 3 star experience. This most recent time our order was $70. My husband waited an additional 45 minutes at the store after the pick up time, and only one part of our order was correct.
We did an online order and were very disappointed. The side of guacamole looks like it has gone bad and had water pooling around the side. The inside of my burrito was slimey and the chicken was tasteless. There were also hard bits in the chicken that I had to spit out. The chicken in our other burrito tasted like it had gone bad.
East Cobb Willy’s is consistently awesome. Great leadership in Terrance and Michael. Clean and great quality food.
My boyfriend and I went in for the first time and I can unfortunately say, we won’t be returning.
Upon entering, we weren’t given a welcoming greeting, it was “what do you want?”.
The staff member randomly warmed a tortilla and then tossed it aside on the counter with other items on it after my boyfriend asked for a bowl.
After preparing his bowl, I then asked for a burrito.
Instead of reaching for a fresh tortilla, he grabbed the old one he had tossed aside. I then had to ask him to please grab a fresh unused tortilla. Every topping I asked for was carelessly added almost with some level of frustration on their part. I found this behavior very odd.
From there.. it just wasn’t a generally friendly experience.
When my boyfriend asked for cheese and lettuce on his bowl, the manager (I assume) said “wow, you just want everything dont you”. I don’t know.. for a first experience this just was not a great or positive impression.
The chicken also was extremely bland….
Just not worth it. Maybe other locations are worth looking into.
I know this isn’t their fault but we were also harassed by a salesman outside of their door. Just not a great time lol
