I come here often and usually it’s great quality food. This time I got a burrito and something in it was WAY TOO SALTY.
I think cooks should taste the food (meats, beans, rice…) before they put it out and discard it if it doesn’t meet the standards.
Build your own burrito ???? ???? taste good and is 10$ or 15 with a large beverage. Complimentary tortilla chips. Yum!
Willy's of Delk Road exceeded my expectations with their phenomenal service! The staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. The combination of delicious food and exceptional service makes Willy's a must-visit. Kudos to the team for making our visit memorable!
Came in to get my salad meal as usual and when it came to pay for my meal, the manager charged me almost double the amount of what I usually pay for. for adding an extra scoop of rice and black beans, no where on the menu does it say there’s an extra charge nor a sign, do not recommend.
Gave them another chance. SCREWED up again.
I ordered the Burrito. I order EXTRA meat. No extra meat I just don't get it. My Burrito was accidently thrown away and another had to be made over.
Here's a clue. Stop measuring the amount of protein you put n a plate since you throw food away and give the customer their food they pay for. I was overcharged in addition. My bill cam reto $16.54. Really sad. I will be contacting the credit card company.
THIS LOCATION Willy's has become like their competitor regarding giving EXTREMELY small amounts of food when you pay for it at a cost which far outweighs which you get.
Purchased the WILLY'S ADOBE NACHOS.
I ordered the Nachos for the fourth time and last time. I took my first bite. NO FLAVOR very bland unlike the three prior. No taste no spices and the meat was very limited. i was asked if I wanted Queso or Mozzarella. The cheese was NOT layered it was placed on top of a BED of chips. Simply terrible.
Restaurant was clean and the staff was nice. However, I purchased a drink with the expectation that there would still be tea at 8:35 when they close at 10. I rounded the corner to get my tea, and a girl said she’d just dumped it out. I don’t drink soft drinks so I had to get a refund. Maybe if you see a few customers ordering at the counter, you could ask before just dumping the tea? Or maybe when I order drinks, you could say no tea? Idk - maybe a reusable sign for “no tea.” Lots of different options over just dumping it nearly 1.5 hours before closing while new customers are still ordering. I get that you need to prep for closing to get out at a decent time, but this seems a bit early.
Got the salad bowl with really good and tray vegan ingredients and guacamole. It was very good and satisfying. The included free chips and salsa selection is a very nice extra. The prices are very reasonable. Wlill definitely do it again. About $20 for two plates without drinks.
Always great food and service is friendly. Appears to have a new manager, but who does his work with pride. We keep coming back. Big fans!
