Favorite fried chicken in town but they’ve been cutting back on employees. Came in at 9:30 and the chicken side was already cleaning up for the night. They still took my order but would like to have a cashier available when I come in. PLEASE ADD MORE STAFF. Food is great and everyone is very nice, kind and friendly.
Great fresh Mexican foods.
But..
Two of salsas were empty and were not refilled
They ran out of pepper and onion fajitas and didn't even give us any other options.
Tried the Howlin Willy's chicken today and was shocked at how good it was. Got the tenders with the "howlin" heat level which was similar in intensity to Hattie B's "damn hot". It was tastier than Hattie B's though which surprised me. Will definitely be back!
Edit: Came back a second time and it was as good as the first! Do not mess with the Howlin hot tenders though unless you truly love (and can handle) spice. One of the hottest things I’ve ever eaten

"Willy's delivered an absolutely amazing dining experience! Every bite was packed with flavor, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and high quality. From the perfectly seasoned meats to the delicious sides, each dish was thoughtfully prepared and incredibly satisfying. The presentation was spot-on, and the portion sizes were generous without being overwhelming. On top of that, the service was friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall meal. It's clear that Willy's takes pride in its food. If you're looking for a top-tier dining experience, this is it!"
Our food is always fresh and the order is always correct. The staff is super friendly. This is one of our favorite quick bite go-to locations.
Not sure why they closed for soooooo long to add the chicken side just to let you wait at the counter with a fully staff. After a few minutes I just walked out and they let me. The lack of effort & acknowledgment is actually way more off putting than not getting the food. Kinda not even about the food now which sucks. Moes across the street from now on it is.
This was my first time visiting the Willys on Briarcliff and I had no idea there was a such things as Howling Wings. The food was fantastic and the cashier who helped I think her name was Alisha, her customer service was outstanding. She was able to suggest great options. I actually spent more money than I intended because I wanted to try so many things.
Prior to this visit I had never been to Willy’s before. I’ve always been a Moe’s guy since it’s an Atlanta brand. The only reason I went here was because it’s next to my work place. Needless to say I was not disappointed. The food was amazing! The quality was as good if not better than Moe’s. The second time I visited I got chicken nachos which was mind blowing as well. The staff working was extremely pleasant both times. I’ll definitely recommend this to everyone.
