Excellent experience at Willy's on Cumberland! Brand Todd provided exceptional service and really made our dining experience stand out. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Brand went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made great recommendations. We'll definitely be back soon and highly recommend Willy's and Brand Todd to anyone looking for a fantastic meal. One of the best restaurants in the area!
Stop by to grab some food to find the location super dirty. The guys that are working behind the counter don't smile and don't have very good customer service. They're not rude, just not friendly.
I ordered a large cheese dip. It was cold, and they said they had a fresh batch, and it was still cold when I got it. Went to the restroom to wash my hands just to find the bathroom was a hot mess. I reported that there was no toilet paper.Went to the bathroom thirty minutes later and still no toilet paper.
Do you know what it's like to have to wipe yourself with a paper towel???
It would do this location good to close down for 2 days and detail the store so the customers can have a better experience.
Counters were dirty.They were out of salsa. The tables were dirty.
The manager is so kind, and I know it's hard to train young men on how to deep clean detail clean and keep things tidy.
Oh, and their door makes the most awful squeaky squill when someone is going in or out. And I know this just did not start.
And what about the full trash can?When you first walk into the facility, this is madness.

I got plain nachos with both shredded and melted queso. Although I didn’t want my nachos toasted they were still delicious. All the staff are nice, respectful, and patient. It stays a little busy but has great vibes!!!
I had the quinoa bowl with the adobe chicken, the flavor of the dish was lacking. Just didn't hit like I thought it would, not trying to compare them to Chipotle but the seasoning and flavor profile at Chipotle is much better in my opinion.
The chips and salsa at Willy's is a definite go, tasted better than Chipotle who always seems to dump a bag of salt on their chips.
The service at this location is amazing and consistent. Every time I come here they are so friendly , food is great and overall hospitality is amazing. I enjoy coming here as having my late dinner at All times I come here The employees are amazing. Mike , Dee and brailey are very helpful and friendly. Thanks for the consistent service as always. Have been to this location a few times with usually pretty decent results. But, today was BEYOND a disappointment. Ordered three (3) steak bowls with tortillas on the side. ALL three bowls were made the EXACT same regardless of the fact that all three were slightly different on the order. Regardless, ALL THREE had NO STEAK included, and actually no meat period. All three said Tortilla on the side. No tortilla's were included. Two had jalapeños added that were not requested, and were not for "spicy" eaters. All three were missing half the requested ingredient's and had added items that were not actually on the order. Suffice to say, I am beyond disappointed and frustrated (and on top of the price I tipped for pick up) as a three page long receipt was attached to my bag with the order details, yet none of it was correctly placed in the bag....
We love our neighborhood Willy’s at Cumberland! The GM always greets us with a smile and he takes care of our every needs. Honestly he spoils me and we LOVE IT! Please visit and make sure you get the Raspberry Lemonade! It’s to die for!!!!????????????????
