Cleanest Willy’s I’ve ever been to. Spoke with the manager and he and his staff clearly take great pride in keeping the area where they prepare your food spotless. The entire staff was friendly! The food was warm and fresh. The chips were perfect.
The only thing I would have changed was the music playing, could have been a corporate feed, but some nice soft Mexican music would have been nice. Overall A+
Food is decent. Chicken tasted okay. Steak is always a better, but more expensive option. The question was CLEARLY watered down, maybe to extend ingredients, either way, it just ran off my chips.. The operating manager said he couldn't give me a larger cup for water because it cost him too much for the cup. He at least was able to give me extra chips later for free when I asked for them. They're clearly trying to cut corners even though there's no way they need to at their menu prices..
It has been a while since I was super impressed with a chain restaurant like I was at this location! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was very fresh and delicious. The free chips and salsa were the cherry.on top. The restaurant itself was spotless.
Charlie came out to check on us and make sure everything was great, and it certainly was. We will definitely be going back while we are still in town.

I was dying of hunger after a cross country meet and was craving a juicy chicken burrito. However, there were only 2 people working behind the counter and they were taking quite a long time. After the long wait, the food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean and tidy. I just wish the service was a bit faster.
Charlie went above and beyond for our catering order for Cambridge High school theatre. We ordered a larger customized meal order and he stayed to make sure each meal was correct and labeled with each students name so they would get the right meal. It was on time and he even carried it to my car. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back!
sloppiest meal i’ve ever received. i had to repeat my meal multiple times for them to get my toppings correct. then, when i got home, i opened the box and it looked like they just slapped the food together. atrocious to say the least, even after paying almost $14 for THIS. crazy. never again.
It’s my first time in this place! And the two very friendly and helpful Latin boys! Delicious food and good service. I recommend it
The new manager at this location has turned the place around. Better quality fresh ingredients, pleasant vibrant team who are chatty and interested, and a friendly smile on the new managers face. I would recommend this Willie’s location.
