Willy's Mexicana Grill is a great place to grab a tasty and satisfying burrito!
Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful- especially the manager Shaniece! She manages the restaurant like the home of her kitchen. From the cleanliness of the food bar and freshness of food, all the way to being beyond hospitable during the food ordering process. It is always such a quick and fulfilling experience! I love Willie’s and the Northlake location.
They seem genuinely happy to be there, and it shows. I've also been consistently impressed with this location!

The employee Martin was VERY professional and polite. I could tell he really enjoys his job and it shows by the way he greets and treats customers, I was very impressed...I can't forget Earl who was working the register, he too was very nice/professional...the food was great however, I will say the Salsa bar was a little dirty, and they were out of Salsa except one flavor, a frequent cleaning of that area would be more appealing as there was dried Salsa were customers spilled it everywhere, I actually wiped it down w/napkins myself...Lastly, the food was good, presentation and they play great music, a little loud but nice tunes were playing while I waited for service...Overall 5 stars, EXCELLENT Customer Service outshines the small issues.
The first lady you talk to had a bad attitude and the manager had a even worse attitude. I forgot to ask for cheese, the manager swore me up and down she gave it to me, I didn't ask for cheese and I was literally looking at everything she put on my burrito. Then she started talking about me to the other lady when all I wanted was some cheese. The young man the cashier was the only one that had a good attitude
My son decided for the very first time to order our dinner and i can tell you that the food was delicious and fresh vegetables on it. We will go back more and more to have our foods here. Thanks that we lived not far from this location which is very clean and good customer service.
Well, this is my first time going to this location. I read the reviews, and they were pretty good, so I told myself to check them out. I walked in, but I wasn't greeted. A Caucasian guy was there. I'm guessing he's new because I told him I would like the taco salad you advertised outside. He didn't know how to make the food. I understand when you know you don't know, you don't know. I used to work in food service, so I know how it goes. Gloves were not changed from the Caucasian guy and the African-American young lady; she had makeup on, and the other African-American Girl was cooking food and gossiping the whole time. It didn't look presentable; the food looked 3 or 4 hours old. The young lady was on the grill cooking with one hand and phone up to her ear, which I thought was unprofessional. You never know who will walk in and who will report you. I smiled at the young lady helping the caucasian guy. I said hello to her, and she just looked me up and down and went on about her business. I could have told the young man I didn't want the food and walked out, but he took the time to make the food. The food is cold. I stayed less than five minutes from this establishment. I had to ask for my receipt; you asked the customer would you like your receipt. There was no name to tell me who checked me out on my receipt; just horrible customer service. I'm very disappointed. 11.83 down the drain. 11/27/2023 4:45 pm

Tuesday was my first time at Willy’s Mexicana Grill and I must say that I was extremely satisfied and impressed. Based on the comparable food chains such as Moe’s and Chipotle, I like their selections more. The soup was fantastic and I will definitely visit again. It is neat and people are friendly. That’s all one could ask for.
